I notice that flamethrowers are used plenty ton, but I just cant find myself using them. They seem, when used against me, low skill high reward, but when I use them I cant even get into launch range. The MP ROI just doesn't seem like its worth it. How would you suggest using flamethrowers for kills/supportive role?

I do get what you mean I have trouble using them offensively as well. I find using them defensively works best, getting them up front in a good little spot so that when the enemy pushes you potentially wipe out half a squad in seconds. Offensively I'll throw a stupid amount of smoke and crawl them up slowly, I dont have much luck charging and spraying like yourself 😂

Losing your flamethrower is fine, you can still pick up his weapon no?

You can but sometimes it's just to much micro to deal with 😅
