For those of you saying this is fake, it's not. What he is doing is using the windmill with the DC motor basically as a power source for the light. It's working backwards. Instead of powering the motor with a battery, he's powering the light with the motor. The windmill is spinning only due to an external wind source, for example, a table fan. The table fan blows the windmill just as wind would do in real life, and it creates just enough power to light the bulb. For those that still don't understand, look up on how windmills work and are built. It's pretty much the same thing. The main idea for this project is to light the bulb, NOT spin the windmill.

Do not trust this person,
The led bulb is of around 3v to 5v and it atleast need DC motor(geared) of 12v to work.

Best but wind mill not betterly sucessfull with chart paper or other ,then we use hard paper likely notebook cover roll or also use to icecream stick(it is better) i also use ic- stick.
