CRAB CAKE EGGROLLS COOKING AND EATING

- Ingredients:
1 lb Jumbo Lump crabmeat
1/3 cup mayo
1 egg
2 tbs finely chopped parsley
1 tbs yellow mustard (or Dijon - I prefer the flavor of yellow)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1.5 tsp Old Bay seasoning
16-18 butter crackers crushed
9-10 eggrolls sheets (doubled)
water
cooking oil fror frying
favorite dipping sauce
* Air fry/bake 10-12 mins prior to frying.
*You may also air fry Your egg rolls Instead of frying
