I watched Arnel’s very first concert in Washington State…I had a goosebumps..when he was introduced and came out of the staged all the people and me stood up for so long ( it felt like 1 hour standing ovation) people didn’t seat..they were all so excited and amazed of Arnel. napakanda ng performance nya. I will never forget that experience. So proud of his achievement. Very deserving ang fame nya.Yet despite of all his being famous #ArnelPineda is so down to earth.

I never realized kung gaano ka kagaling until may napanood akong Battle sa The Voice USA tapos "Faithfully" ang kinanta nila na song. Ang dalawang contestant, magaling naman kumanta, pero obvious na hirap na hirap sila abutin ang high notes live, tapos binabago na lang nila ang melody kapag di na nila abot yung notes. Doon ko na-realize na ang galing mo at napaka-powerful ng boses mo kasi ang layo nila sa pagkanta mo. Hindi ka si Steve Perry, ikaw lang ang natatanging Arnel Pineda kaya be proud of yourself!

At the start pa lang I am in tears hearing his life story, being homeless, drinking gasoline taste water in gas station, search for food, the bullies from bigger guys, being alcoholic, releasing his love because of his failure, etc. & so on. He is a humble guy the way he relate himself from other fellow. So I say he deserved so much what he is enjoying now in his stardom. Congrats kabayan, you are a paragon of a true person, I am one of your followers and proud of being one.

I still remember him as a performer sa Shakey's Pizza sa Cubao. He was the youngest of the YJOZ Band back then. Sila lang yung pinupuntahan namin para mapanood sila. Excited kami lagi kapag kinanta nila yung request songs na sinusulat namin sa tissue paper. Si Arnel talaga ang pambato nila. I can really tell that he is a legend in terms of one of the best voice/singer of the Philippines❤️❤️❤️
I was lucky enough to watch Journey with Arnel Pineda as their lead vocals here in Vancouver twice already. He's such a good entertainer and a powerful singer. Hands down, he's Philippines' pride and joy...

I totally cried with what Arnel told Ogie Diaz all about his life experiences, I salute him for his love of his parents, specially his mom, how hard it was that when he had the money to buy his mom’s pacemaker, she wasn’t there anymore, so hard…I lost my mom when I was just 16 due to a hemorraghic stroke, now that I’m fulfilled in life, being 68, ako naman ang nagka ischemik stroke, but no regrets mom, with your love and faith in God you taugth me, I became lucky in the U.S. kahit matanda na ako, I still have my lovely wife helping me and my only daughter encouraging me to get better…God bless…peace/love…

Ang ganda ng interview na ito. Thank you mama ogz, ngayon ko lang napanood ang interview ni arnel pineda. Ang daming take away. Napaka inspiring..yung humbleness kahit ang layo n ng narating nya hindi matawaran. Naalala ko si Stell ng SB19 sa kanya, yung insecurities nya sa physical appearance na talagang dinidikdik pa ng ibang tao, not really considering how great their voice sounds. Yung mga God given talents like them talaga yung sobrang nakakaranas ng mga bashing amd slays their bashers with their talent.

If not for the enormous talent of Arnel...the old Journey band wouldn't have had their 2nd wind in their almost gone of their so-called career...Arnel was instrumental for Journey to be recognized again in the music industry and he helped the band to be inducted to the Rock & Roll Hall of fame ❤❤❤ even if he wasn't included but he paved the way for the band to be successful again in the music industry

We watched Journey with Arnel Pineda in Mohegan Suns. It was the Best of the Best . Nakakaiyak dahil I saw yung mga ibang lahi na grabe they were screaming and sooo happy pag nagumpisa na si Arnel na kumanta. If given a chance I will watch again. Steve Perry was also my favorite back in the 80’s. But Arnel you’re great!!!
Sad truth, kung kailan wala na sila, ung mga mahal natin sa buhay saka pa tayo nagkakaroon ng kakayahan na iparanas sakanila ung magandang buhay, yong atleast matitikman nila ung ulam na gustong-gusto nila na di nio mabili noon kc walang-wala kayo.. minsan lang kmi mka kaen ng karne noon kaya sobrang saya ni papa kapag nkakapag ulam kmi ng karne.. daily ulam kc nmin ay gulay, kape, asukal, toyo, asin, mantika, minsan kahit kanin wala.. I like the story of Arnel Pineda, I was really amazed by him 😊 napakahambol nya, hindi mayabang na tao, alam nya kung ano yung sinasabi nya, may paninindigan, mapagmahal sa magulang, may malaking puso sa mga batang hindi nakapag-tapos ng pag-aaral, mapagmahal na Ama at higit sa lahat may takot s Dyos. Tulad nya laki din ako sa kalye pinanganak ako sa TONDO at sa mundo na ginagalawan ko nung bata ako magulo nag benta ako ng dyaryo, bote garapa, basahan sa jeepney na nakapaa lang walang pagkain na halos makain sa araw-araw, walang kuryente karton lang na pamaypay ang gamit etc. Ito ang typical na buhay ng isang Pinoy na laki sa hirap; huh it’s so nostalgic, masasabi ko na ang, struggle is part na nang ating success story. Imagine you got what you want every time, without hard work, struggle or challenges -at kapag dumating na yung difficulties (FAILURES) in your life, you wouldn’t know how to handle it, because you have never gone through anything that strengthens you.
Si Arnel ang halimbawa ng tulad ko at iba pa nating mga kababayang Filipino na dumaan sa matinding hirap pero pinili ang right path ng buhay.
Tama and advice ni Arnel throw away the bad experience, but pick up the great things. Remember Arnel said: “Isang tsansa na lang talaga. PROMISE.” And he meant it! The God gives us a choice; He even inspires us to take the correct path to follow. Na sa ating mga kamay ang tamang desisyon, Kabayan!
The last thing na touch ako is yung pagmamahal nya sa kanyang mga magulang, we should spend more time with them, sa ating mga parents. Maybe these words will enlighten us “Ang hindi lumingon sa pinanggalingan, hindi makakarating sa paroronan.” Old school but effective, believe me! Our parents crave love and deserve respect!

I saw Journey w/ Arnel in LA 2008. He's an amazing performer & has an awesome voice. He's well loved by his fans & Journey's members and their fans. I saw Arnel in Boracay where he performed a Tagalog song in one of the bars. I have a photo taken with him. He's very kind & humble in person. Even Steve Perry spoke highly of Arnel.

Me and my family watched Arnel’s concert with Journey a few years’ back in Oklahoma and Dallas concert as invited guest of one of Filipinos event in Dallas TX. I ageee he has a lot of energy! My kiddos, my hubby and myself are fans and we are proud of Arnel Pineda. I just hope he can release his own music.

I’m really looking forward to his biopic of a beautiful life and love story. I’m already teary-eyed just thinking about what the biopic will be about. He’s sooo blessed to have very supportive and loving parents. Grabe. Iba talaga ang impact pag mahal ka ng magulang mo. Kahit anong hardships, nalalampasan mo ng smoothly hndi mo maramdaman ang toxic sa buhay at heaviness, kasi andyan ang parents mo na no. 1 supportive at hndi ka sinisigawan, sinusumbatan .
I was able to witness Arnels raw talent during his Shakeys days. I already told to myself this guy will make it big one way or another. Since then every chance that we have we try to watch him perform.
