Some questions if you don't mind me asking: @0:50 why not chain Opening to discard the Magnamut since it will be destroyed anyway? Going "blind", with Fusion already in hand, you could grab Lost or White without Albion/Retribution loop. @2:30 is there any point in keeping Finale on the field by discarding 1 card? You can make Mirrorjade straight with Albaz (banished) + Finale (sent to gy) and keep the card since Finale activates from GY as well. Then on Mirrorjade, I either prefer to activate it in the End Phase (Nibiru flashbacks) OR in your case bounce BysLubellion to grab an extra interruption (it didn't search that turn). On your ratios: -I absolutely love the 2nd Merc, but I have 3/2 Tragedy/Aluber instead. -Prefer maxed-out Saronir, and only 2 BysLubellion run fine. -Completely agree on 3 Albaz, it's nice to have him + going second. -I find 5 (total) Cartesia/Deployment a lot, I'm currently at 2/2 (but played 3/1 with a single Cartesia) -Branded in Red also at 1 seems fine. -45 with Super Poly, 40/41 by cutting 1 Opening and/or 1 Deployment (thinking of cutting Rebranded) In the Extra I still run Dragostapelia/Venom (2nd almost purely for Arrival) and Garura (upstart via Finale), with Mudragon IF I run Super Poly. I was ok with 1 Mirrorjade/Lubellion and 2 Albion.

Personally, I love Book of Eclipse because they don't have any answers to S/T and play around Shangri-Ira, unlike Impermanence/Droplet (zone locking is a lingering effect if it successfully resolved). Kurikara is unusable if they lock all 5 zones (ocg ruling) The huge issue though isn't breaking their board but preventing it altogether because even if you break it they would have already destroyed your Deck/Extra. Nib is the best choice, and if they drop Shifter, Ogre is really nasty as well (hits field + 2nd lvl7 body)
Love your deck ideas as always, but I have a few questions tho: Do you think it is worth it to run 1 Proskenion since Grand-Guignol can cheat it out? Maybe cut 1 Masq? Is there a reason you don't play Branded Inevitable? Is it just not good enough?
Inevitable is not needed imo. I didnt like it as much as branded beast. Regarding proskenion , its definitely a good target for grand guignol till luluwalilith comes out.
Its definitely the worst match up. Going 1st its not that hard imo , going second is where the issue is at, so the side deck is super important for that match up.
True but that's why branded loss will be key! If you draw the branded fusion already and have aluber, go for the loss and see if they ash it there and then go in with branded fusion.
