Adie, Zach Tabudlo, Arthur Nery and other youtube superstars. Our supreme new generation OPM singer/songwriters. I'm so happy Filipino listeners are no longer sticking to the mainstream singers being promoted by big networks. The internet really helped so much to our hidden gems that got no chance to be seen in TV platforms.
This era of OPM is really good. Before mediyo cringey pa ga songs like nila Ogie Alcasid, Janno Gibbs, Martin Nievera kasi more on pataasan ng boses, pero these days more emphasis on the meaning of the songs, the emotions and being relatable.
