I have no regrets with my 2024 800xc . This machine is awesome and m my friend’s love riding it and they all day it rides great. I’m over 1000 miles and the shocks do break in. Mine rides really plush
Just to let you know the gen 3 cforce don't have a throttle problem it's just the downhill asset and it can be turned off in the menu I saw that rng video so i did some research and watched a video that adressed that issue thats really not an issue and I'm buying a gen 3 1000 in two weeks and can't wait it's my first cfmoto 🎉 good luck with yours
Well all, I think I found out an easy and cheap way to cool the right side of the machine down where the pipe runs. I tested it today after riding for 4 hours and I could put my hand on all the plastic and hold it there! Hardly any heat at all. I’ll be posting a video when I get it done on what I found and used!!! Epic win and it’s super cheap too!
I used a 3" boat bilge blower and flexible aluminum ducting to blow cool air down the exhaust "tunnel" on my 21 800xc, and it actually works pretty well. it's powered by its own switch and relay.
Great review. I’ve got a 2022 Cforce 600 1-up. I should’ve gotten the 2-up. Since then I’ve been hooked and want a bigger Cforce. I like the 800s and gen 3 models too. I wanted to ask if your 800 feels tippy when your off camber. It’s a big machine and I’m a big guy but I wan to feel stable and my machine planted. Of course I know every machine has its limits but I wanted your opinion. Also, I like that it has an almost 8 gallon gas tank. How far can you go in one tank climbing hills all day. I live in Colorado and take my machine into the mountains on long trails and passes. and I always need to take gas. Please post more videos. I’ve watched several of yours and like that they’re not shaky videos that make a person dizzy watching on a big screen. Again, thanks for the review.
Thank you for taking the time to comment! I’ll do my best to answer all I can. Along the lines of tippy, I do feel it can feel that way. It sits up a bit higher than the 600, seat height and machine! But it’s manageable. I find after getting used to, your throttle is your friend in some of those situations. And the 800 is no slouch in the throttle department! Gas capacity?! Actually yesterday we did a 50 mile ride. Myself and another rider also with an 800xc and we had our wives with us. We used about a 1/4 tank of gas! And thanks for the comment on the video! Yes, I as well get sick watching those type of videos! It’s the newer cameras that have much better stability over older ones which is why you see old videos after a few minutes you’re dizzy and nearly puking! Newer videos are way more stable! Again, thanks for commenting and ride often! Good luck on your next machine choice!
Awesome and thank you for the advice! I am looking forward to more of your videos. Come to Colorado to ride! Check out our alpine loop. I think you would really like it. Steve from Rng would like it too!!! Are you planning on getting the 2025 gen 3 when it comes out? I really want a bigger machine but been debating on getting a sxs too. Frankly, my wife isn’t comfortable riding on anything other than a flat road and there’s not many of those in the mountain atv trails. She took over my 600 because it’s more stable and left me riding her 500. Ugh, lol. Thanks again for the advise and enjoy the rest of the summer. Happy trails!
I added the cargo box from my CForce 600. Drilled some holes and lined it up with the rack bolts on the 800. So far so good! Holding fine. Yeah I mention them killing the cargo box was a dumb idea on their part!
@slawdogshenanigans thank you! Sorry I kinda jumped around the video and missed that part. I don't mind drilling holes, just as long as it fits around the rear seat. Thank you for the reply, I guess I'll go order a 600 hard box. Ps. Just watched that part of the video, I agree with everything you said. I have the soft bag, it's total crap.
Good luck, my cf moto spent its first months at the dealership getting fixed. In 30 miles it took 3 spark plugs, fuel level sensor, o2 sensor, water pump and it died on the trail first ride, cv axle boot. Probably forgetting some things. Cf moto doesn't care, customer service is useless. You call yours orange crush, mines the Chinese Failure.
Wow so sorry to hear that! We have 7 that ride in our group and not one has had a single issue or ever been back to a dealer for repairs. Sadly sounds like you got a bad one. It happens. Hope it’s figured out though! Also the service and such depends on a good dealer. If you have a dealer that stands behind YOU and the machine normally they take care of you. Good luck

Awesome! I am really enjoying the 800 and am glad to hear the shocks do soften up a bit more!
Thanks!!!
I have a 2023 800xc. Love my machine.
Got a 2023 500 gen 2 and it rocks for a little machine.
The 500 is a kick ass machine no doubts there! It runs strong against the 600 also!!

Thank you and enjoy that new machine! Awesome!!!!
Correction- in the video when discussing specs I caught that I said the 800 XC has 4700 lbs of torque 😂 I wish lol! I meant 47 lbs

Have the 2024xc as well, love mine. What box do you have on the back?! I cant find one for mine, seems the cfmoto one was discontinued.

@CCWSig yeah I think they discontinued the bag too! Good luck just line up where the rack holes are and drill. Use some wide washers and you’ll be set
Did they change the grill mid 24 on the 2024 model?
Not sure but can say the radiator is much higher vs the 600 model in the machine! That’s a good thing
Whats the gas milage on this 800?
Not quite certain but can say I rode 50 miles yesterday with my wife on it with me and we only used a 1/4 tank?!

You say 'machine' way too much.... horrible
Sorry UFO 😂😂
