DIY Soy Candles ✨ 📝 Ingredients 🕯Candle A: Soy wax flakes - 100 g Natural Fragrance "Hinoki tree" - 7 g 🌿Smells sweet, fresh and woody, with subtle floral notes. The aroma possesses similarity to that of Rosewood Essential Oil. Positive and relaxing, it is also useful in cases of stress or loss of form. 🕯Candle B: Soy wax flakes - 100 g Natural Fragrance "Cotton Flower" - 9 g ☁ Light and fresh floral notes, combined with a round and sweet base. A slightly powdery smell, very sweet with a slightly woody "bamboo" note in minor. 🔖 Directions Melt soy wax in a double boiler When the wax has reached 176°F (80C), it's time to add fragrance oil. Pour in the 1 oz (28 g) bottle of High Tide fragrance oil, approximately a 7% fragrance load. Stir gently for 2 minutes to ensure that the oil is fully incorporated with the wax. When the wax cools to 140°F (60°C), remove jar from 140°F (60°C) oven just before pouring. Secure the wick with a wick bar, carefully pour the wax into the jars. Let allow your candles to fully harden at room temperature. Once your candles have cooled completely, remove the wick bars and trim the wicks to 1/4 in. (6 mm). 📌 N.B. For the jar from the video, it is better to use cotton wicks (I ran out of them). For wooden wicks, it is better to use jars with a wide neck; they will burn better. 2 cups soy wax flakes for container candles (You will have 1 cup of melted wax per 2 cups of soy wax flakes). A cozy evening starts with candlelight🕯✨
