- After I got my Challenger back on the road, after having the ECU Calibrated as i took it out i wanted to have some performance comparisons with a strong bike.. So i Called my buddy Brian with his Challenger and he has had Stage 2 done.. (full stage one with the performance CAMs)... So we got a little hooligan and went to see what it was about! Have questions ill be shooting more video the next couple day get them in...
Im Ridingfish, I ride a 2020 Indian Challenger white dark horse! I bought it at Bison Thunder in St. Paul MN (bisonthundermo...) They have done about 95% of all the aftermarket stuff and services to my bike.. My main upgrades to it is a stage one air intake as well as a Tab Performance exhaust with the 2-1 cat delete!

I had my buddy take my ECU to Sturgis and Lloyd’z garage flashed it for me. I have not been able to ride the bike yet. I was in bad accident 5/21/21. I got hit head on while riding my Victory Cross Country. I am happy to be alive. I had my buddy test ride it. He came back and said “I can’t believe a flash did that to this bike!!”. Oh and grinning ear tot ear. He traded off his Harley for a 2022 Challenger Dark horse. He is getting the tune as soon as he gets bike. As for me, hopefully I can get one ride before the snow. Can't a guy do cams,cat delete,loydz tune and exhaust and get more?? I'm not very educated on all this. But I did buy a challenger 2021 in July. Wanting g to do upgrades??? Thanks guys.

Do not fall for there deceptive pricing rip off. I took my bike to Indian of Panama City Beach this weekend for the flash. Flash is listed on the website at $599. Called Lloydz to make appointment was given the number for Jeff doing the tunes at the rally. Made the appointment took bike in 30 minutes later bike was rolled out. My card was charged $804.00. Was told the extra $200 was for labor of removing seat and hooking to ECU. Very deceptive ripoff. Don’t fall for the price listed on the site.

My bike has has stage one (air and exhaust) with the Lloyd'z Garage ECU calibration (flash).... that is it.. my buddy has indian cams (stage 2).. yeah the roads are alittle nasty still.. 😜

My friend has a 2021 Challenger with Tab Performance 2.25 baffles, stage one air filter, Stage one air filter assembly, the three-hole, rubber boot removed Lloyds ECU flash and his 108 engine pulls a lot harder to 4,500 vs the stage one ECU tune. But, the stage one ECU tune has better low-end torque under 3,500 RPM vs the Lloyds ECU tune. Does the Lloyds ECU tune learn as you ride and adjust the ECU tune over time?

Ok Fish... Straight up, what is the Lloyd Secret Sauce? And am I guessing that you deleted or reset the speed limiter? Shiny side up and no red side down.
To say the least.. the rev and speed has been raised and then the idle is smooth as well as the feel more powerful!!

As a perspective buyer, are you saying the Lloyd's tune is better than the stage 2 kit? Coming from an older Harley TC88, not really sold on the new M8 in the Road Glide.
i do think so! now i have only rode the stage 2 with Lloydz once and it was not much of a test ride!
have you done this with your new bike pursuit yet? what pipes do you plan to go with to on your new bike?
Actually I did a roll on with a tuned bike vs my stock bike and he leaves me! I'm getting the new exhaust on hoping this weekend 🙏.. I have a Prototype Toce coming but I'll put all the info out for the public!!

I just bought the Challenger going to add on the power plus stage 1 air intake and stage 2 perormanace cams along with ECU Flash.

Congratulations on the CHALLENGER!! you're going to love it! The plan you have laid out is a good one BUT I would NOT get cams.. they are very costly and don't do much for power.. That being said tho I know Lloyd'z Garage has cams in development not sure when they drop but I would bet his would be a better buy!!! Keep me updated on what you're up too and how it all is going!! Got more questions let me know!!
Well if he's limited to 110, you got him right?I race my son all the time with my ultra stage 2. Not really fair he's running zx14 r with tune and full exhaust. He blows me away but it's still fun until I hit 115. He just keeps going

Does he have a good flash for the 2020 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse? I have the stage one and it runs good but not great.

Yes sir!! To be fair tho I have not played with an tuned Stage 2.. but im told it's only a couple HP... so I would wait for different CAMs
I'm ordering the 585 cam this week, swapping my Indian stage 1's out for tab slip ons (they sounded so much better then the stage 1's), going with the Lloydz air filter that goes under the stock cover and having it programmed with Lloydz tune. 19 Springfield. Any suggestions? Still do everything the way you did it?

I sold my chieftain dark horse 2019 and I am thinking about Challenger. Not a fan of the fixed fairing but I want your thought about the bike overall. Do you still like it? If you have the change to rebuy another bike instead of the challenger, which one do you ?
I'm working on another review video where I talk about this but... I LOVE this bike! I have 27,000 miles and I had a couple issues and a couple things I don't love.. overall it's the best bike being made as a package.. and at least best bang for the buck 100% not even close.. ps I also didnt fall in love with the look but the bike then sells itself as the best one!! Haha

@@Ridingfish I don't even carry my fob. I reprogrammed the code to an ez peasy sequence that I signal in to fire up.
One less thing to go wrong.
i thought Lloyd;s said the cams were a problem as you have to crack the whole case open for install. great video though !! looks like all you need is the ecu flash and cat deletes... thats next for me bro...
The problem is that the motor has to dropped out to get the cam covers off... Just so you know Lloyd say just keep Cat on..

@@Ridingfish well, mines off and will stay off. I’m running just fine with the cat delete, Tabs, and Lloyds tune. I’ve had Harley builds that would blow this Challenger off the road, but I’m older now and not concerned with racing anyone. But, I do still like to crank down on it especially when I need to! Thanks man, and thanks for the videos. Btw, I’m from Louisiana, live here now, but did live in Minnesota for a year. Went there 20 years ago to get my act together. It worked. Been clean and sober ever since! Met some great folks up there!

I'm 5"10. It's the freedom shield 11 inch.. but I think for my size a 9inch would of been just fine!!..
You need to delete the rev limiter, now you've stated with the up-grates what's next? Stay Safe.

The new HD Revolution Max engine at 1250cc is pumping out 150hp. Guaranteed some variation of the engine winds up in a bagger and competition for the Challenger.

Oh if you have lag it fixes it 100%.. I really didn't have much and it improved it..

Video is painful to watch, narration is terrible. They had a great opportunity to go from a dig, and didn't . The roll ons they didn't know what gear they were in. If they took 5 minutes to plan this out we could have seen a real comparison. Waste of 2:53 minutes .

I got you. But things changed on the fly.. we said a gear and he said his bike didn't like it and down shifted... I would not want him riding his bike a way he isn't comfortable... with the exception of the roll ons going from
