@@zeeshanhere3233 first of all stop salt intake or keep it very minimum.
Keep away from red meat as much you can.
Use salad cucumber 🥒 gherkin (Desi Kheera) and celery sticks.
Use purple fruits plums blueberries and red grapes 🍇
Exercise as much as possible if you are unable to do excercise, walk as much you can.
Stress worries family issue keep away from all that.
All blood pressure tablets increase sugar levels in your blood, constant use of these medicine will develop into type 2 diabetes.
Rest is history then, diabetes is mother of all health problems.
