I am very curious, and also new to this channel so i don't know if it's been addressed before, but i wonder how she eats on days she doesn't film? She looks healthy and happy and her skin is glowing and everything. Does she fast on other days? Work out to burn all the calories? Is it just a super fast metabolism? I'm sorry if my questions are disrespectful. I'm just trying to wrap my mind around it
Hi! I haven’t addressed it extensively but here is the thing. I don’t diet, I don’t workout, I don’t do anything to burn calories whatsoever. And the reason is simple I don’t overconsume food if you look at it from a weekly/monthly perspective. I make videos twice a week so if the filming day I eat a lot that means that the next day my body won’t ask me for much food and I will eat less. So that “cheat meal” is like it never happened. Generally I eat intuitively and only when I’m hungry. I don’t snack, I don’t constantly eat or follow 3-5 meal diets. The days I don’t film I make sure I eat all the good foods and get all my nutrients in. In this way my weight is always stable all year around and my health perfect. Hope that explains it 😄
@@ASMeRiEats hmmmm if I could get away with doing a mukbang 2twice a week without gaining weight I woukd do it too. But my body has that natural fat cell that runs in my family! 😂
@@sweetonyxakararegem692 haha my parents are both overweight and most of my life I had the tendency to be a bit chubby 😅 But I fought through it. It took me more than 10 years of researching and paying close attention to my body till I reach the point of eating with no regrets. But it totally worth it 😊
