Isn't this ironic that lay rescuers proceed to compressions without PPE and then check themselves for sars (!), while healthcare professionals interfere only with PPE? Also, shouldn't every victim be considered as an asymptomatic carrier?
I suppose the professional is at significantly greater risk of transmission since they are exposed to more patients.
What about using the pocket mask? Is this safe?
