Basically during national elections all the parties should have a level playing field.. During the national elections and after model code of conduct is in place.. Arresting a sitting CM sends a wrong message.. While questioning could have been done but arrest without concrete proof cud have been avoided.. If concrete proof was available could have been diclosed to the public at large so that no questions would have been raised by opposition or foreign countries.. The timing widens the eyebrows which could have been avoided..
