setting main koi galti kr rahy ho gay brother..ap ye bataye k ap k isp ne koi user name password diya hai ya nahi ? agar dia hai to ( ppoe ) wala option select karain..agar dynamic hai to ap ( ipoe )wala option select kr k settings karain.
I am facing a problem with this shitty ptcl modem. Internet doesn't work sometimes while connecting through an ethernet cable or wifi. Sometimes wifi doesn't connect even with the correct password. Or even if connects it shows connected without the internet.
Check the internet light on the router if it's red then contact ur isp / Check it on another router if still facing problem May be you have back end issue from ur isp ...
Brother kuch dair tak wait karain light green hu jay ge and agr nahi hta to original 12v 1A ka charger use karain .. Voltage kam hny ki waja se bhe ye red light show krta hai boot nahi krta. 🙂 agr phr bhe boot nahi hta to firmware update karain.
You can only update ptcl original firmware on this model..If you want to know that how to install original firmware on it , i will post a video for you.

Brother is model main tenda ka firmware nahi hu sakta ..ptcl k model 2750 and d301 and 150 main tenda firmware hu jata hai.
Aslam o alikum bhai es settings k bad hm WiFi net b use kar sakte hain ya nahi
