Went on a solitary retreat and a social media hiatus for a few days and ironically had a great session with my therapist while I was away. What a pleasant return this was.

This is exactly what I went through years ago on the psych ward of our hospital when I felt suicidal, thankfully it was just a 24 hour hold and I got to go home the next day

Three powers I wish I could have?
1. Waypoint Warping. This means I would be able to place a waypoint down like you can in some videogames and teleport to that waypoint whenever.
2. Level 4 Supernatural Regeneration. This means I would have regeneration so advanced that I would not only remain at an optimal condition and peak health forever, but I would be immune to anything from dementia to most types of mutations. I would also essentially attain a form of Immortality that make me unkillable and eternally youthful. Plus alot of other things as well.
3. Biological Manipulation. This means I would be able to manipulate the biology of living organisms, including but not limited to genetic alterations and physical distortion and/or augmentations of biological functions. Like causing cells to augment to induce advanced or declined biological healing, induce and cure diseases like cancer, induce appearance alteration, manipulate pheromones, and even increase physiological maturity.
If ya couldn't tell already, I think about this alot. XD

Ok so superpowers I would want are psychokinesis, healing, and phasing. Psychokinesis is where I can influence someone else to make action. So kinda like mind control and telekinesis combined

Superpowers I’d want are talking to animals (many reasons but also I want to know why cats are naturally drawn to me??) and shapeshifting. So many possibilities, especially if I can take forms that aren’t real or are extinct (like dragons or Bigfoot or several dinosaurs I like or something)
Edit for some more context to my train of thought: like if I was able to shapeshift infinitely then I could also shift into creatures with other powers it’s the ultimate loophole lol
