I still have my ‘71 GTV that I bought for $1200.00 in ‘81 and drove from my senior year in high school throughout my college years and put in storage when I bought my GTV6 in ‘88. The 1750 was definitely more fun to drive; so looking forward to getting it back on the road and enjoying it again! Thanks for the inspirational video.
I had a '73 GTV 2000 in 1984, unfortunately wrecked it. Had a '66 1600 GTV in 1990, wish I'd looked into storage when I moved into the city and wasn't driving it enough to justify keeping two cars (my other being a daily driver). Would be nice to still have it (I preferred the '73 though, to be honest). This video impresses me to see the car resurrected. Cheers to you getting your 1750 back on the road.
Beautiful work and thank you for giving this lovely car another chance. I will never forget in my life a ride in similar red one in streets of Beirut by a crazy mechanic doing doughnuts in narrow streets to demonstrate power and control of the car 🙂
US viewer here. I am trying to get a crusty New England car hoarder to sell me his complete and straight, but very rusty 1971 1750 GTV. It was last driven in 1984, been sitting outside ever since. It's restorable, your video shows that to be true! But first I have to get him to part with it. He has a hundred cars sitting outside, rusting and sinking into the dirt. BMWs, Porsches, a Jaguar XJS, VWs, all getting worse every year.
Beautiful job. How much it will be to restore a car in this condition? I really want to buy a GTV (It's my dream car) but the ones that are budget friendly are very rusty.

Bellissima, ma cambierei quegli orribili cerchi!!
Nice car, but needed more attention to detail IMO
The openings for the rear lights look small. Is that really a GTV rear end or a GTA?
European version has the smaller tail lights (and carburetor induction).
In which country are you mate?
Hello could you please upload vandura gmc?
Beautiful car, but not those wheels!
