- Looking to add some more low risk high reward tricks to your bag? Me too! I coach tricks that I call "Filling In The Blanks" because too often I see wakeboarders jump the wake and then taxi back across the wakes to just jump the wakes again, and again, and... you get it. If your board has a lot of bottom features like channels and big fins, this can become a bit more risky, so use the info with caution. If you have questions regarding your board, it's setup, or a board you're looking at, put em below! Happy to help, even if it's not a Hyperlite but that's the brand I'm most familiar with being that I've been a team rider since 1995. Hope you enjoy and always appreciate when you like and share! Thanks for watching! ✌️ Shaun

Man you are not wakeboarding, you are walking on water!
Awesome video. I'm learning so much 😎👌
Right on Brad! 🤜🏼💥🤛🏼
I’ve been riding your 2003 Belmont 136 and I’m now riding your 2022 pro model 139, I’ve found huge difference in ride and control ! Yeah for design and technology!
Yay as well!!
Love that you've been riding a good while AND you've noticed a difference. For sure have changed how the ride feels and have tried to make it more playful
@@Shaun.Murray Playful is the perfect word to describe it! Sizing up, the difference in weight of the boards and having the rolled edge , Makes me feel very comfortable out there, Also as an O-town native I have been on water most of my life. I worked at OWC in the summer of 2000 . Then I was riding the cable and had friends with boats to ride until about 2007 , did have a 15 year gap of no riding when kids, work, life kept me off water . Then this summer my 14 year old daughters interest in the sport has inspired me to get back on the water with the new board , Not sure I will ride like I used to, just love keeping it low impact and fun! Thanks!
Shaun, happy birthday to your dad. I am pretty sure it’s his birthday? September 23
Super close Clark and good memory! Tomorrow the 24th 👊🏼
@@Shaun.Murray I thought about but I was wrong. Tell him I said happy birthday, God bless you and your family.
Keep it up, Shaun. ❤
Workin on it 👊🏼
Hey Shaun, looking at getting one of your boards. I am 5ft 7 and 142 pounds, which size would you recommend? Cheers
You could go either way. I'm about the exact same and sometimes ride my 144, but lately the 139
Keep waiting for the foiling content drops. You kinda left us hanging from the getting up.... looking for dropping the rope content please Shaun.
Shooting that next Mark! Thanks for asking 👊🏼
Great cant wait! @@Shaun.Murray
Great info as always!
What rope length were you using on that video?
I think I was around 60' but you can run any length on these slides. Good question though
Great video, as always💯.Just curious what lake this is.
🤫
This is convincing me even more i need a new board. Its like 15 years old and it takes a ton of effort to break the fins loose and not faceplant.
Older boards can have some pretty big fins which will make it super hard to break free, but even newer boards can have a lot of channeling and different bottom features that keep it locked in. Lemme know if you're looking at a particular board and want some insight on it.
@@Shaun.MurrayI have a question: I bought your hyperlite Agent board. And the fins seem slightly larger, I think the 1.3 disorder fins. I was thinking about grabbing the 0.8 fins but I didn’t know if all fins you sell are interchangeable? They’re the side fins. The board seems to have some channeling underneath. I am riding exclusively behind a boat. It seems a bit hard for me to slide.
10/10👍💪
Side slide is 💪😎🤙my favorite move
Same Vince ✌️
