This sounds nice, i love chilli on chips covered in cheese. Btw, with those garlic breads, id recommend stuffing a chunk of chedder in the slots to melt as it cooks, if its frozen, do that 5mins before the end of cooking.
I like to mix a little shiracha into sour cream with chives or spring onions and add to chilli con carne with fresh coriander. Instead of chips I serve salted potato chip sticks which you can add to the baguette for extra crunch and texture. 😂🎉
May have a go at veganising that one - looks exactly the messy food I enjoy! Shame the garlic bread has gone up to a quid, as it's actually one I can eat. Still, even at a quid it's not bad.

Looks ok Keith but over the past few weeks you're cooking the type of food that is extremely dangerous to your health, I'm only saying it as a concern. A lot of food reviewers will cook foods from the supermarkets, or do recipes, then try it and give a verdict. Only an odd time will they consume the entire meal. I know you said you don't eat this every day, but your last few meals have been just as bad for you. Again I'm not trying to be a spoilsport I'm just concerned, as yesterday my neighbour who loved his convenience food, chippies, Chinese, the lot, was out spraying his patio for weeds, when he went down, fatal myocardial infarction, in other words a massive heart attack. He was a non smoker, very moderate drinker, no history of heart disease in his family, and was only 52. Was told later by a paramedic who was on the call out that this is very very regular these days and he's blaming a lot of it on airfryers, they're not healthy despite people saying only a spoonful of oil etc, that's crap, it's the sort of food and the nutrition or lack of that people are cooking and eating. It's sort of shook me, it's now time I looked at what I'm eating now and reining it in.
