You need to trigger conversions, so either make purchases yourself (with discount code) or use our script from our program to do it with code very easily in 30 seconds

you can put them together. and we use 30/30/30, but it's not very big deal
I see you don't select enable expanded targeting by the interests. Is there a reason for that?

Do you turn off the expended targeting only for US? If I want to sale in France should I turn it on?
