    What are you doing to this poor girl. I’m an anaesthetist here in the U.K. and this is blatant abuse! No anaesthesia should take this long and ventilation through the nose is rarely if ever used nowadays. It’s just too risky as your video shows with the blood stained tube being removed from her nose when you fail to incubate her. A simply procedure of the tube down the airways into the lungs is safe, fast and less traumatic to the patient. It’s a known fact that patients still feel pain and pressure as they go under as your video shows when you try to sedate her again with her body making small convulsions and shakes. This is all too common with plastic surgery where the surgeons care more about the money than the patients overall well-being. I hope she sees this video and takes you to court for malpractice and bodily harm.

    When they gave me anesthesia for my knee surgery it felt so weird because I was awake and all of a sudden I fell asleep and boom 1 minute later I was awake. If you’re wondering what it feels like while you sleep, trust me you won’t remember anything about it. @@luv.jenn1 How are you going to tell me I'm being dramatic? You weren't where I was. I was literally hemorrhaging out of my vagina due to placenta previa.. in a room where other women were in labor and I was not attended to until my then husband went out to the front of the building to pay the fee. Only then was I seen by a LPN who only took my vitals and ordered an ultrasound in which again I had to wait for my then husband to go and pay again in full. So don't give me the 'I'm being dramatic'. Imagine being pregnant and blood pouring out of you like your pissing yourself. Ok. Long story short, I was diagnosed with a complete previa & they wanted me to be hospitalized & on strict bestest the complete duration of my pregnancy. Fyi by the time of the ultrasound the blood had clotted so I wasn't pouring blood out but more so like a heavy period. We declined, went home, where i laid up for 2wks until the bleeding was barely then i boarded a plane home.. In which my doctor told me I was very lucky that the change in pressure didn't cause me to bleed mid flight.. As you bleed out in the time it takes to land a plane (20 minutes). I spent 3 months in the hospital here in the US on bed rest... Scheduled ç-section at my 28wk mark, on that morning it became an emergency as I was dry heaving due to fasting for 24hrs which with the heaving caused baby to push down on my placenta causing the severe bleed. Nonetheless, here I am today and my daughter just turned 18. Had I stayed, I would've died. Not only did I have placenta previa but a number of other pregancy related complications. I call my daughter at times, my million dollar baby .. because the bill had i not had insurance....wheewwww... Over half a million. Oh and by the way, I work in healthcare. How they did this woman .... Totally unprofessional and negligent.

      Hi I wanted to tell you that Jesus loves you, if you are in the new age and things like that, I’d recommend you leave it at once. It is demonic and the only one behind it is Satin. I’d also recommend watching Steven Bancarz. He exposes the new age and was once a new ager himself. The Bible also says that Satin can manifest as an angel of light. So that means he can seem good or “like God” but he’s really just a fallen angel disguising as an angel of light, or God. All those signs and wonders are written in the Bible as deceptions of the end times. I hope you reds this and I hope it helps you. I’d also recommend watching “from new age to Jesus” testimonies.

    And this is why I am a strong advocate against General anesthesia. First, you should understand that you are not asleep. You are in a coma that is reversible. Secondly the drugs that are administered erase your ability to form a memory of what is taking place. Also, if you have co-morbidities or are over 60 years of age, your body’s ability to vacate the drugs can be greatly diminished. Postoperative cognitive decline is a real problem for people who are senior citizens and need surgery. I have refused general anesthesia for three surgeries and instead opted for regional anesthesia. All of the anesthesiologist wanted to give me versed but I made it clear that under no circumstances was there to be any drugs that would impact my awareness. I’ve had colonoscopies without any anesthesia and there is no pain whatsoever.

      I'm having an open mynomectomy on the 23rd of this month. The doctor mentioned having an epidural plus general anesthetic. I'm sure he said the epidural was for pain. I was told so much today it was hard to take it all in. I have a large fibriod at 17cm. Firstly I thought I could have a c section incision but the doctor said it will probably be a vertical incision. And that I'm at risk of complications due to the size. I didn't realise it was such a big procedure.I was positive regarding the procedure but I'm now scared. Questioning myself if I'm doing the right thing. One of my fears are anesthesia awareness. And I'm unable to let them know I'm awake. My friends mums teeth was damaged due to the brearhing tube. My doctor said yes this is possible. That teeth can get damaged. I'm just so worried about so many things.

    • @cristinasorina1
      @cristinasorina1 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s not a nasopharyngeal airway. It’s a nasal Rae tube. It’s a precurved endotracheal tube that you use to intubate through the nose. If you look you see the darker blue pilot ballon attached to it, ET tubes have pilot balloons to occlude the airway around the tube so no secretions/ blood/ stomach contents can enter the lungs. The nasal Rae is a secure airway.
      Usually it’s the surgeons preference what type of tube you use.
      Regardless what everyone is thinking this is a perfectly normal nasal intubation. They can get bloody since you are going past the nasal turbinates and hitting adenoids. They also take longer because you have to use the clamps (they’re called Macgills) to guide the tube into the airway while you’re trying to hold your view and push the tube in at the same time…very difficult intubation and skill.
      She was moving at around 11:20 because her anesthesia was wearing off since it too so long, they had to stop and redose her.

    can someone explain this? Why did blood come out of her mouth and nostrils?

    • @jinshifu
      @jinshifu 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The tissue (mucosa) of the nose is delicate and can be easily damaged. They had some difficulty placing the breathing tube through the left nostril, and that extra manipulation caused her to get a small nose bleed. It comes out her mouth because blood drips from the nose to the back of the mouth.
      It's not uncommon for nasal intubation, using a vasoconstricting agent like Afrin usually helps.

      It looks like their first intubation attempt was not successful. In short, when you are intubating a patient you given them a medication that stops their breathing for a few minutes while you pass the tube through the vocal cords. While the intubation attempt is happening, they arent breathing because of the medication so their O2 levels get low. So they tried the first attempt, took the tube out, and put the mask back on for a little bit to get her O2 levels back up before trying again
      I wasnt there so i cannot tell you for sure, but thats my guess :)
