As a 9 I am often afraid that I will never have enough energy for kids. Especially as I need a lot of alone time. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Beautiful video. Thank you for sharing. 😊👍

I was worried about the same thing but with my own baby it’s different! It also probably helps that I get lots of help from my husband and family

9w8 here. Very true regarding going after motivation vs just waiting for it. One way I've learned to get more done is to write down the task/goal and leave it where I know I'll see it. If I then break it down into small steps for how to complete the task/get to the goal, it all then seems so much easier. If it's floating in my head, it all seems so much more difficult and energy consuming.

really beautiful video. to me you are a really amazing person. your child can be VERY glad to have a mother like you. heartfelt greetings from Germany - Almuth (still not SURE wether I'm a 4 or a 9 ;-)) yet feel always nine-ish when looking your videos :-))

That was surprisingly fun, and relaxing, to watch.

The routine is so crucial. I have routines within my routines lol. Getting things done is so life giving and when it's the things that you actually set out to do...even better. I'm currently struggling with planning and accomplishing what I planned. I'll get there one of these days. Thanks for the video. Blessings to you and your family

Ah I'm also a 9w1! I'm an INFP. I definitely related to this so much. I still struggle with my routines sometimes. I have a good morning routine and my routines with work and my kids(3) is going well but managing to complete tasks around the house is always what gets me. I relate to the whole cooking part. I find when I have new recipes to try I get more excited about it.

9:46 - ugggh yeah, and then you feel like it's somehow not self-neglect and then inadvertently figure you have all the time in the world (although I never frame it that way when it's happening) and then later in the day hits and you wonder what on earth you're doing and kick into super gear. At least, that's what happens when I'm not in a work setting or have others relying on me. If I'm left to my own devices I can still get caught up in that.
I'm curious about your instinctual stacking as I think it's Sx/Sp like myself. What you described at 5:46 sounded like Sp and what you end up saying about calling people while driving absolutely cracked me up! I do the same thing but for me I'll call people while walking. Seems like Social-last to me instead of a move to Six but maybe I'm reading it wrong.
Also, oddly enough, I'm a male and I do the face lotion thing as well. In my head, I frame it as it just being efficient, like a lot of payoff for little effort. And for some reason when I think of others potentially figuring that I'm trying too hard, or even when I begin to tell myself as much, it somehow doesn't affect me all too much. For some reason applying lotion to one's face is just too sensible.

I like how you specific habits, like putting your tea by the staircase. I'm like that too. I have these specific habits like taking an early morning shower that helps wake me up and sets me in motion for the day.
Also, your video is so sweet and I was listening while preparing breakfast

It was so good to see another video by you! I am a 9w1 1 to 1, so I can totally relate with a lot of things that you experience internally. I definitely find it beneficial to clean up while I'm cooking, or get something else done like laundry while I'm waiting : ) I also find listening to music while I'm doing mundane tasks makes it more enjoyable! Especially while cooking ; )

routine is crucial for 9s but they often stick to it and miss life, they are not spontanous because if they are, they will do everything oposite of that and became slaves
. finding balance wiht routine and being spontaneous ...hard stuff

Hiii🌸 I am in my proces of typing myself. I think that I am an ESFP type 2 or 9. I relate a lot to what you are saying, but I think it is a bit easier for me to get started in the outer world, because I am an extrovert (not socially) and a sensor. I also love tea🥹❣️
