Perrie has a natural high range vocal. You should also see a clip of her first audition. She really has a lot of control of her voice.
Fiy, a lot members of Perrie's family can sing. Her dad's singer, her mom and brother can sing too no wonder why she sounds great.
I love what Lala said about how she had to work for a higher range when belting. You two should text to Leigh-Anne's improved vocals over the years. Her range had grown so much throughout the years. ♥️

At this point, they've all been well trained. Whoever they're voice coach is, has done amazing. Leigh-Anne's vocal growth has been astounding.

I love little mix, they support each other so much, I think that LM is one of the (sadly) few groups where the fandom hate some of the girls, because I think the girls taught us that, to support each member of lm, because they do that, they support and cherish if Perrie, Leigh Anne, Jesy and Jade gets the high note.

the real of SINGER, AND GIRL GROUP
I've been singing my whole life and I am very aware that I've been doing it wrong the whole time because I can't sing more than like three or four songs in a row without getting a sore throat. I know I'm supposed to sing from the diaphragm but like... how? lol
I also have this struggle of singing from the diaphram but I’ve found that if I’m singing from the diaphram, I feel pressure on my stomach instead of my throat :))

Girl... four songs in a row is enough, that's why singers make medleys in their shows, to rest their voices 7-10 mins because singing a lot songs in a short period is not recomendable. If you get sore throat you could do two things:
1 Develop stamina to prevent sore throat or damages on your voice-
2 Sing less
Also if you like to belt a lot try to work on your mix voice, try to become lighter (heady). Work on your support and breath control and sing from your diaphragm and not your throat.

So I’m pretty sure that while none of the girls in Little Mix did sing in gospel, Perrie is a classically trained singer and one of them, I can’t remember which, was in their local school choir.

What always gets me when people watch little mix compilations is that they never seem to notice the clips from x factor or after they first won. They'd had little to no training at that point and were that good. I wish more people recognised that.

LOVED this reaction 🤍 I noticed Lala mentioning something about Perrie growling when singing her high notes. It isn't exactly growling though... mostly 'cause it's unintentional a lot of the time. It's actually rasp that distorts Perrie's vocals as a result of her being sick or having a tired voice. Those particular performances were in 2016/2017, Perrie's worst years vocally. She and the other girls of Little Mix were very tired after having to tour and record an album less than a month after the conclusion of their tour.
