Wow! This was a good word. I started talking to a friend from my past some months back. Last month, I started complaining about things and feeling oppressed. The more I spoke to her, the more oppressed I felt. I wasn't having these issues before. She complained a lot and always felt sad. I stopped talking to her on December 30th, and I stopped complaining, and the oppressive feelings went away. It's crazy what another person's spirit will do to you. When I was praying a few days ago, I told God I was finished with my past, and I closed the door completely.
I noticed when I started going to the gym last year to lose weight, I became overwhelmed with the sexual music blasting through the speakers at all times and the scanty dressing and postures. I was always at home before in the presence of the Lord living really sheltered for a while but I needed to be in an environment to work on my body to lose weight and get healthy. I started using bluetooth for my own music but the environment wasn't good. Another thing- many times I try to download Gospel and worship music from YT to mp3 on my phone and all kinds of images pop up that my born-again eyes am shocked to see. Sister, thank you so much for this message. I pray that you do a video for born again Christians, how the enemy pushes some of these things to our attention so suddenly (then after that the thoughts come in), the enemy uses that as a way to get in our mind. I continue to stay in the presence of the Lord 🛐🙏🏽
I hope others see this comment because I think it would be very beneficial for them to see the craftiness of the enemy and how certain environments play such a huge role in the thoughts we experience.
