Thank you for this documentary. I'm truly trying to understand and I am wondering how can we rest in Christ if we are constantly wondering if we are still saved? Can a gift be taken back? I'm very lost right now and these are genuine questions and I'm not trying to poke hole but really want to know the answers.
Hey there @shannalarson6617 , the foundation of our assurance is found in the fact that we know Jesus Christ died for us. I love how Leroy Forlines puts it: “The difference between condition and ground could be illustrated in this way. The condition for a chair supporting me is for me to sit in the chair. When I am string in the chair, the chair is the ground of my support. The ground of our salvation is Jesus Christ and His atoning work. The condition of our salvation is the response of faith. Sometimes people make the mistake of focusing more on the condition than the ground. In looking for assurance, they examine their faith instead of Christ. If I want to have confidence that a chair will hold me up, I will examine the chair not the confidence in the chair, As I examine the chair, if it is well built, my confidence will be made sure.” 1 John tells us: These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life. - 1 John 5:13 We are called to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith(2 Corinthians 14:5). But we can boldly go to the throne of grace because we know the character of God, as He has shown Himself clearly through the person of Jesus Christ(Hebrews 4:15-16). We know that Jesus promised He would not cast out those who come to Him. Jesus is good. We know that when we sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous (1 John 2:1). Seek Jesus and know that if you are coming to Him, He will not cast you out because we know who He is!
If you read the Bible for yourself and ask the Holy Spirit to show you the truth, you will be able to understand much more than by listening to man’s interpretation of the scripture. God Bless
It is a gift that you can refuse to put it simply. If I buy you an engagement ring, you can say no. That's what Jesus did by dieing in the cross. He bought the ring and laid the price, but ate you going to hold up your end of the deal and live for Him. It's literally just the same. He says we are his bride repeatedly in scripture and and the end of Revelation, after the tribulation, we (His bride) are made ready. If you cheat on your husband, he would cut you lose. That's what Jesus does to us. We sin against Him repeatedly with no remorse, he cuts us off and casts us out. It's not so much your works, but it really comes down to how you act. The next thing is your talent. Can you or will you use it for Him? Some of us are lost on how to use it and that's okay. A door will open.
Greetings sweet child, If you are a person who finds comfort within the reading of scripture....then I encourage you to believe that God promises to speak to each of us by His Spirit. It is why you can hear through your conscience....that is God speaking with you. Take your time and ask God to explain the old covenant and the new covenant to you.... Consider this next proposition from me carefully... Do you think God's love (God who is love....His nature) changed from Adam to you... Do you think God evolved. Do you think God had to be taught how to adapt in His love for creation.... You don't need theology to answer this question....God has placed the answer in your heart. And so God has given mankind revelation of His nature through His Son....Grace and Truth. His word is truth and He is gracious. Your heart will testify to you sweet child. Your Father in Heaven loves you and wants you to know that from the garden to today, He has never changed....and never will. The work of the Holy Spirit as revealed through the book of Acts is to testify of the truth... Today you know in your heart that God is who He says He is...the Holy Spirit bears witness to you that God is who He says He is....not who man says He is....He is not a respecter of men. He asks you to believe in Him, to trust Him....is that truly any different from what He asked Adam... "Of the tree of knowledge do not eat...." God loves you sweet child and He will lead you and guide you... It's His promise to all who believe. John 3:8 NKJV - “The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” ❤🫂❤
Eternal life is a Free Gift.. if you have excepted that gift .. you receive the Holy Spirit that can Never be taken away. He lives in you. You can't be unborn if the Spirit! This is false Doctrine. Many will come to Jesus and say" we did this and that in your name" Jesus will say Depart from me I NEVER( NEVER) knew you" God is not a drama queen. He never lies or exaggerates.
This documentary is wonderful! Thank you so much for making it. There are so many nuggets of wisdom and edification from the first minute of the video throughout the whole thing that really dispel the growing confusion about salvation and what we must do which is running rampant on the internet. This addressed the core questions me and some friends have been wrestling with personally. Thank you & God bless
Praise the Lord for you, but this documentary was originally done by Chris White. We only made a couple edits. You can find him here: bibleprophecytalk.com/
In my opinion this message is the most needed truth that needs to be taught in the American Churches in these days! So many are under pastors who are tickling their ears, and have removed the fear of the Lord out of their teachings! This needs to be shared and spread throughout every social media platform on the internet! And shown to everyone who goes to churches that teach the heresy of OSAS!
Needed trusting in yourselves to be saved not trusting in Christ 100 percent for your salvation christ is the center not part of it. It says you must be as perfext as your heavenly father is perfect are you perfect not trying to be perfect but you have to be perfect.
So thrilled about this documentary! It is time for the church to wake up and stop accusing people who believe the Bible that they teach "works salvation", it is such a false dichotomy. Praise the Lord for our Bible that gives us all the warnings that we need, if only we will pay heed and not be deceived.
Amen! This idea that you WANT to sin after being saved is false, God gives us a new heart with new desires and you no longer want the things you wanted before that time. Not to say there aren't temptations but keeping our eyes on Jesus, as you said, makes us want to please him more than ourselves. God bless
For me, when anyone quotes Paul more than The Messiah, they are looking at justification [payment in place of] while ignoring the sanctification (living like one called christ-ian) that must follow as James epistle illustrates. Why would Jesus The Messiah state to all 7 contemporary churches of God in Revelation chapters 2 & 3 to OVERCOME if all they needed was to believe internally. Matthew 13:41-42 [41]The Son of man shall send forth His angels, and they shall gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and them which DO iniquity; [42]And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. The Kingdom Jesus refers to is His, not the physical tribe of Judah. He will separate the sheep from the goats, and reward everyone based on their works towards His people in Matthew 25:31-46 The King in Matthew 22 goes to inspect the guests for those invited to His Son's wedding and notices someone without a wedding garment. Revelation 19:7-8 [The bride has gotten herself ready...] And to her, it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the RIGHTEOUS ACTS of the saints. Foolish to claim the opposite of what Jesus Himself said, to believe a scholar in the Law like Paul will save them is as sad as the Rich man telling Abraham to send Lazarus back to save his brothers. Luke 16:31 But he (Abraham) said to him, ‘If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.’ ” John 3:21 But he who DOES the Truth comes to the light, that his DEEDS may be clearly seen, that they have been DONE in God.” There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth by those who do nothing but act like Christian Pharisees. All talk, no works. Matthew 16:27 [27]For the Son of man shall come in the glory of His Father with His angels; and then He shall reward every man according to his WORKS. 2 Corinthians 5:10 For WE must ALL appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be rewarded for his DEEDS in the body, according to what he has DONE, whether good or bad. Romans 14:10 But why do you judge your brother, or why also do you despise your brother? For WE will ALL stand before the judgment seat of God. To be separate and learn to become kings and priests in the order of Melchizedek, we must look at the example of the Levitical priesthood. The Holy Bible, every jot & tittle is important.
@@DVN5381 I think it's evident that no one has kept the Commandments, which is why we all need a Savior. We don't live in habitual sin and while you mature in your walk with Christ you go through a sanctification process and become more like Christ morally.
”Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?“ John 11:25-26 KJV John5:24
I am concerned about many of my friends and relatives who claim to be Christians but have little to no interest in the Bible and its teachings. Anyone else have this experience?
This documentary should have been more popular than chosen.... But somewhere in the Bible they basically say what's wrong will be praised and what's right will be hated.... I mean it's always been like this but it's worse than ever now because people are not even hiding it anymore.
Those people are giving excuses to keep sinning. That is the opposite of being saved and Jesus will spit them out of his mouth because they are luke warm UNLESS the repent and walk with him daily.
Very true! I have lost my brother because we were deceived with this doctrine and others and he no longer talks to me because I was trying to share with him what I was learning vs. what we were taught. He believes you can live like the devil and still be saved. His name is Chris. Please pray for him. I pray for him all the time, and so does my church. I always ask for extra prayers where I can.
I have been struggling with the fear that I lost my salvation. I was raised going to church and have always believed the Gospel. However, I spent many years on a selfish and self-destructive path before repenting and returning to my faith. I never renounced my faith but wasn’t leading a godly life as I am striving to do now. I have a hard time feeling close to or loved by God and worry that it’s too late. This terrifies me. I am not sure what to do but to keep praying and following Jesus because there is no other truth or hope even if it’s pointless for me. Faith is all I have left.
I want to encourage you to remember what saves us. John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. You see it's all about knowing and being known by the Living God and His beloved Son. Remember that it's trust in Christ that saves us.
The loosing your salvation teaching can be torment with no rest in it. Not saying it's not true but I was tormented for years. Jesus says who believes on Him and is born again has eternal life. At some point I had to quit torturing myself, allowing the devil to have a field day with me and just rest in Christ. That's when I began to see growth. I can't keep myself. He is my keeper. That's the beauty of it all. Yes we have decisions to make but to actually keep myself safe and saved is grueling. Rest. ...and does this mean I have a license to sin? No way. I fight my sin and flesh everyday. The good fight. I don't want to let the Lord down (although I do at times) I want and do live a holy and zealous life for Him. Just a few thoughts... I know how you feel. Jesus Himself is the answer. Hope this helps.
@@samulmagnus1 Thank you for your encouraging reply. You share many good points and reminders to keep my eyes on Jesus and rest in Him. I'm grateful you took the time. It really means a lot!
This video has me really thinking I know repentance is key to my walk with the Lord. As a father of children who have walked from the Lord I have to admit the once saved always saved was a reassurance. I fear for my loved ones. I pray everyday for them to know their first love again.
For your walk, not salvation. Repenting for salvation is simply a change of mind from unbelief to brief. God repented and called "turning from sin" works (Jonah 3:10)
Hi Steven, emotional assurance if contradicting the scriptures is just that emotional. I too have a son who by all outward appearance loved the Lord, did 4 years in the Navy and then college and professes to be a atheist. I pray for him, but Jesus actually said there would be sons and daughters who will turn against there parents. Not to be a downer , I trust our Lord will give them every chance to repent, however He will not make them.
I was in New Age teaching for years, in September 2023 I accepted Jesus as my savior and got saved. Since I’ve gone to 5 church’s that aren’t teaching sound biblical doctrine. The second one taught Once Saved Always Saved and although I was a new Christian I knew it wasn’t true. I now do church online and watch biblical videos several times a week. I traveled from California to Indiana last weekend to get baptized. I’ve been very lazy reading my Bible, and it’s time to start. Thank you for this documentary
Hey I understand your frustration. I came to faith in 2019 and have been in and out of churches due to poor doctrine. I think you should take courage that you can at least identify poor doctrine, which is proof of the Holy Spirit working inside you and giving you discernment. A lot of professing Christians are completely blind to heretical doctrine and don't grow beyond this stage.
So does that mean the thief at the cross wasn’t saved? Does that mean Abraham, king David, and many more that just believe in the promise of God did have faith because the didn’t endure till the end?
I love this doc! Saw it twice last week! That's one of the reason I'm subbed to goodfight and blessed hope and watch quite consistently. I go to a calvinist church and do believe my pastor is a man of God but man it's like playing mental spiritual gymnastics with the doctrines. I have went back and forth about tulip and i can say it's tough at times. Like pastor Joe likes to say I'm a non charismatic, charismatic...I'm a reformed Armenian.
a man of God but man it's like playing mental spiritual gymnastics with the doctrines can these 2 things really be in the same universe? and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. Calvinist live in contradictions, Paul washer will preach hard against sin and then say repentance is just turning from thinking you have a part in your salvation to knowing you don't, he will speak in absolute indignation against those who reject God and then say they had no choice unless God chose them from the beginning of time they could do nothing else but reject God he will preach hard against sin and then say in his everyday practical life he has had idolatry for the last 30 years and not even in a repentant sorrowful I am coming clean way but a matter of fact this is the life way I am not picking on Paul Washer its just an easy example of what Most prominent Calvinist must do in order to live with their doctrine and sound biblical there are very few like James white who are at least honest enough to admit that according to his doctrines babies are evil and God ordained rape and worse
CALVINISM another demonic doctrine that alleviates the responsibilities of man because (as Calvinism states) everything has been predetermined. Think of it like this, since we know that we must endure to the end, if not we forfeit the gospel. In Calvinism, that would mean God changed his mind, making it double Calvinism. Flee this church your in.
Thank you brothers, I’ve been trying to fight the good fight with many brothers on this topic. It’s so ingrained in our churches now, same with so many of Augustinian teachings. My heart hurts..I see posts of going to church on Sunday and wild drinking parties all week. I pray this message will spread! God bless! I’m going to make it to Blessed hope soon, I’m a pilot that flies out of Van Nuys! See you soon!
What is meant by that statement is they were never truly born again. They had a head knowledge, but had never be regenerated by the Holy Ghost. Maybe they grew up in church, made a confession of faith, but were never transformed by the power of God.
19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us. 1 John 2:19 Judas was with Jesus, saw what Jesus did but did not fully trust in Him.
Thankyou for this video. Ive been saved over 40 yrs, and have never believed in once saved always saved. Another scripture is the one that says, Pray always that you will be accounted worthy to escape those things that are coming upon the earth.
Ive been saved since 1981 and I have never lost my salvation nor have I been in fear of that. I have had my dry times and struggles with sin, but I believe what the bible says...Confess your sin be cleansed. Realize everyday that Jesus is the author and finisher of your faith. He conquered sin and death. You cant fight that battle with will power or anything else. Upon salvation, the Holy Spirit dwells within you. Surrender to Him daily and ask Him to search your heart. He will lead you and direct your steps. He will illuminate the scripture, He will convict you of sin and produce the fruit of the Spirit within you that you can never produce on your own. It is only by being grafted into the true vine, Jesus Christ, that we can bear this fruit. Draw close to Him and He will keep you. When we are filled with Him, sin loses its attractiveness. Just remain on alert and never underestimate sins deceptiveness. I have known believers that walked away from their faith and bought into lies. Rather than practicing repentance they justified and celebrated sin. This is dangerous ground. Repentance means a change of heart and mind. We need to view sin as God does. He gave His son to cancel our sin debt. Walk in the Spirit and the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace. I hope this helps.
@@Scary_Sarymaybe you should stop asking this question and workout your own salvation with fear and trembling. Don't be the one to hear, "flee from me, I never knew you you worker of iniquity." If we go on sinning after receiving the knowledge of the truth there no longer remains sacrifice for those sins.
This is very eye opening- probably one of the very best videos ever done. Thank you- bless you. I will be studying this verse by verse! Thanks again brothers in Christ! Amen
No it's not true: All Christians are sinners and all Christians sin daily, including you and you will sin until the day you die: “For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not” (Ecclesiastes 7:20-22). Thus we disobey God daily, which is sin (Romans 5:19-21). There is none righteous no not one!
This is an excellent documentary of the truth. I will share this with many and will likely wind up in the dog house but, I must follow the leading of Lord!
I hope this documentary can help heal the christian theology gap between my husband and I. Reading the bible saved me several years into our marriage, but it also prevented me from ever attending my husband's church as they are strong advocates of Once Saved Always Saved. My husband is swayed by his mother's opinion that I am not a real Christian because I won't go to their church. Why does Christendom have to be so messed up, that new believers are condemned by other supposed believers over misdirected church theology? Glad I read the bible for myself, and was not swept away by trying to fit in at the first church I came across. I implore everyone to read the bible for themselves. And thanks for making this film that highlights the verses and context of applicable bible verses on this subject. And especially, thank you for exposing the early Gnostic history, who today are Masons branched from the Jesuit tree.
Having seen both sides to this discussion in my life i walk away not fully being in one camp or the other but i do know this if we say we know him that is Christ we will obey his commandments im not saying thats easy but that we strive and not out of fear but love for what he has done for us.
I love this!!! I’m so glad people actually read the Bible. I’ve been in countless debates on this topic and it baffles me that people ignore so many versus in the Bible that teach a person can forfeit their salvation. It’s mind blowing. Me and Corey Minor from “Smart Christian Channel go back and forth in videos about this discussion on my channel. I don’t know if I handled it as well as I should have but it was interesting back and forth to say the least! Great job family. Subbed!! 💯💯💯
I do want to thank my brothers at Good Fight Ministries for all the work they do. They put a lot of work into their ministry here, and so much great eye opening information. I just finished up the documentary and appreciate all the hard work put into it. I am going to continue to pray and study and allow God to reveal to me what I am to understand and know when He wills it.
OT was always forgivness of sins past. Rm3:25KJV. Leading people to assume they are automaticly forgiven. Hopefully believers find it important to learn to show themselves approved. Dangerous doctrines or even daily life stuff can lead people to be angery with God not understanding what He might be doing in ones life. How is one to understand if they are not hearing/ obeying and knowing The Word. His people perish for a lack of knowledge... doesnt go on to read that He saves them anyway. This is a very, very good video. May we continue to encourage others to seek Jesus and stop forsaking God. Praise God for His Son and Holy Spirit to teach and guide us to salvation!
Hey bro Davidson, this is Rabuigi... we met at In-N-Out and I wanted to reach out to you. It was a pleasure meeting you. Hope all is well and to hear back from you soon!
Thank you for this content! though my church does take side on the OSAS doctrine, we are constantly taught that once we have professed our faith in Jesus and accepted him, we should not just go out and do whatever we want sitting comfortably bcs of the idea that we are "always saved", rather we should continue in our pursuit of Christ, being transformed by him and being not just doers of the word but sharing the good news to the lost, and much like what others have said in the comments, you cannot truly be saved if you have not been living your life worthy of God's calling esp when you have gone through the known mechanics of praying the sinner's prayer, and so forth. though i can say i have solid accountability within my church my only prayer is that we have deliverance ministries within because i feel that many are still in bondage of sin and esp with generational curses.
First,it’s a gift! But say we meet persecution,it’s up to us to NOT compromise, correct? So that’s the way I think about this,if you don’t compromise your faith which is a gift also and endure to the end your good! But for those who never had persecution in their lives just live your life with those commandments written on your heart and live by them till the very end! I don’t think it’s so complicated
Thank you for your ministry. I was taught a form of OSAS and it was detrimental to my early walk. That false doctrine gave me full permission to not continue living in righteousness and follow Jesus but follow my own standards and desires. It truly is a doctrine of demons.
my husband believes this...we even came to an argument because I believe that if one denies Christ even after being saved before, one will lose the gift ofChrist's salvation.
Thats why a woman must never lead in church or household, your husband is saved is he is a born again christian and u are too. What happens is we as humans are not perfect and we might stray away during our life here on earth and as flesh but God will bring us back to him. You cant lose your salvation either through works or rejecting hin after being saved bexause he is faithful and he said it is finished once he died on the cross and the devil was thrown out.
I went blessed hope from 92 to 94. Then I became a calvinist for nearly 30 years. About a year ago I started going to a Lutheran Church and I decided that I'm just going to read the Bible and let it speak for itself and see what it really says and not let any type of man-made system interpret the scriptures. And I renounced Calvinism and one saved always saved. Now I'm a Christian who goes to a Lutheran Church and holds to Lutheran doctrine I'm not a calvinist and I'm not an Armenian either. I'm in the middle. I've watched this documentary a couple of times and if you're honest I don't see how you can argue with it. I don't agree with everything that this channel says, but for the most part, praise God for this channel and the other few ones that are willing to stand for the truth. When you know there's a possibility that you can fall away by your own decisions, then you're a little more careful about how you walk. If any doctrine teaches works salvation its lordship salvation that mixes law and gospel
Right on. The people i know who profess to be believers and count on once saved always saved are very loose about obeying the commandments. They figure they can get away with a lot of stuff. They do not fear God nor do they truly love Jesus
@ChristineWright-g8g I'm still figuring things out as I was saved over a year ago. Few churches I have been at teach once saved always saved. I do not want to join the catholic church or Lutheran church either. I don't know where to go 😢
I watched the documentary. It is well done, full of Biblical truth. Once saved always saved is the most dangerous doctrine churches teach today. It gives “Christians” a license to sin. I saw it first hand in a church I was a part of (A Calvary Chapel), there wasn’t any deliverance from sin, no accountability, no repentance. Without accountability there is not any growth, as because they don’t have to seek God anymore, they are eternally set according to this false teaching.
False! It is not a license to sin. You don’t have a true saving faith with that approach. Lastly, what is the last sin you have to commit before you are no longer saved? Where in the New Testament do we get the limits of Gods grace?
Thank you for doing this doc. It was really good to hear all of these scriptures, and in context all together. Thank u to Pastor Joe Shimmel for another deep dive into areas we all can find extremely useful and helpful to so many in a time of much confusion on so many biblical realities. Really interesting teachers you assembled together too. May God bless all of you for the faithfulness w this much needed study.🙏
WOW! Wonderful teaching, makes me look at my life and walk with new eyes and not take my salvation for grated. Glory to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit!!
I appreciate the fact that you use the word "forfeit" instead of "lose". Huge difference. You can "lose" your keys. Not salvation. The word "forfeit" implies a dilibrate act, so is the word that should be used always. @goodfightministries
Thank you. I moved to the south and started attending a Baptist Church and this has been my biggest point of contention. They say "OSAS" like a mantra. They call churches that don't believe OSAS "unbiblical" but I never hear them discuss theology much beyond that. It's like they've been trained most heavily on this one point. I've been attending almost 2 years now, and I can see more clearly how destructive this is in the church body and the lives of the members. Almost every sermon is an attempt to get the people to stop thinking they have a license to sin. The pastors know more than anyone how the people really don't even try not to sin. But the caveat of OSAS is always there, so these messages are in one ear and out the other. The church is unproductive in it's mission. The people are idolatrous and boastful. Our church has the nicest cars in the parking lot and the most well-kept, state of the art facilities. That's what it is known for. That's what it's people prioritize.
Wow…this is so true. I was saved out of a lifetime of lip lip profession only… just 6 years ago. Attend a reformed baptist church where I know the pastor seeks to honor the Lord with expository preaching of the whole counsel of God. But his “seminary theology” seems rote re: these issues (in the docu) and I always leave feeling frustrated about these very things! Oh Lord, open our eyes to the TRUTH of Your Word! We are sanctified by Your Word and Your Spirit IS Truth! Praise the Lord!
This entire documentary is beautiful, amazing, and powerful!! Some of my favorites are in this: Ravenhill and Poonen and, of course, Pastor Joe, Sister Sharon. The other teachers in not familiar with but they too were awesome. Altogether, everyone brought it!! And smashed this corrupt teaching of OSAS!! I'm definitely sharing this and reposting. I Thank you all. May God bless you all!!!
We just studied Hebrews 6 at church yesterday. The timing of this video is perfect. Blessings to all who have ears to hear what the Spirit of God has to say. Many get very angry when you tell them the once saved, always saved doctrine is wrong. I can now point them to specific scriptures or this video.
I'm amazed at all of the videos put out by OSAS apologists and thus far they are not only taking statements made by the documentary contributors out of context, but the very Scriptures themselves. The more I discuss and debate with others in Christ over various doctrines (OSAS, Perseverance of the Saints, Calvinism, the Rapture), the more I find they are not willing to lay aside their presuppositions and at least consider the biblical evidence I present to them.
Could brethren please answer honestly in comments below here? Who here believes you can lose your salvation? If so, do you believe you have not lost it? Why or why not? Is it a case of finding out later in life whether you're saved or not, or now? I would greatly appreciate you commenting. Thank you.
Thank you brothers in Christ! 🙌🏼📖✝️📖🙌🏼 I kind of sorta fell for or was seriously pondering the OSAS Doctrine for about 9-months a few years back. But God is so faithful~ the Holy Spirit continued to correct me by leading me to many of the verses used here, I just could not reconcile the words of God with OSAS theology. This is such an amazing video to have to share with people who have bought into this or are struggling with it. Thanks again to all who were a part of this amazing documentary! 🙏🏼
I was watching a livestream the other day and someone ACTUALLY said that once someone gets saved, they don’t have to stop sinning. I was SHOCKED! When I confronted them on it, others jumped in and said that person was correct. I said that I couldn’t believe how ignorant people are when it comes to this topic. It’s SCARY how many “Christians” believe this lie.
Please pray if led for my retired nurse friend to stop taking vaccines and promoting them She has been saved since 5 years old serving God with her intelligence and kindness but needs her eyes open and to be healed physically thank you
Thank you for doing this documentary it has blessed my husband and I. This is how you glorify God! Praise God. One request I have if you can translate this in Spanish , that would be amazing.
2 Peter 2:21 For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them.
What I find very disconcerting about preachers and pastors who promote belief in OSAS is that many of them claim that you're not saved if you don't believe in OSAS. Faith in Christ is no longer enough - it is Christ plus belief in OSAS that saves. What is ironic about this is that OSAS pastors furiously deny any possibility of Conditional Salvation, yet they make salvation conditional on belief in OSAS. Their poor grasp on basic logic stops them from seeing this contradiction.
I am trying to watch this all but unfortunately I have to watch for a bit then stop and re-watch for a later time. So if this was said in the video, my apologies. But I am finishing up James and I love the very last few verses there in Chapter 5. Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins. This verses he shows that a person can turn and wander from truth. I don’t understand how people can’t see that.
Many don't read the Bible as it is intended and many put verses out of context including do not judge. And they stop there instead of reading the whole passage
Hey guys, are you going to be going over more signs of the times like the signs in the skies and things that have been happening lately like the eclipse? Would love to know if you guys have any takes or info on that.
Thank you so much. Our church promotes this “doctrine” quite vehemently along with a pre-trib rapture notion. I do not. It scares me that so many will be deceived in the end & then lose their souls… even from my own church.
This was SO helpful! Thank yall🙏🏽 I was heavily addicted to marijuana for years as a professing Christian (thank God for setting me free!), and after watching this can see how my belief in OSAS was partly keeping me in bondage❤
Amen. Thank you for creating such a wonderful documentary which seeks to empower God's people top follow God's Word and not error filled teaching.I pray that this touches many lives and re awakens those who have been anaesthetised with empty promises. May God's truth remain and man's error be burnt up. In Jesus name, Amen.
I've watched a lot, but a lot of videos defending the osas doctrine, but deep down in my spirit I've never been convinced. Too many proofs of the opposite. I live my life constantly pursuing the prize.
Please expose the band Coldplay. I used to be a big fan like many of my friends and family until I realized how demonic they were. I even went to a few concerts. They are the modern day U2 or at least they inspire themselves after them and they very are famous worldwide. I would love to see them exposed, so that others can open their eyes. Thank you and God bless.
If someone has tried to quit smoking cigarettes so many times and hates that they can't, are they no longer covered? Or is that trampling on the blood?
Making Jesus Christ the Lord of your life after salvation and following Him in what you say and do through the guidance of the Holy Spirit IS MOST ASSUREDLY NOT salvation by WORKS. It is desiring to please the Beloved and to walk with Him. This is much more satisfying than returning to wallow in the worldly mire and vomit that ultimately causes such heartache and misery. It really is literally a NEW LIFE with NEW and DIFFERENT PRIORITIES if you are walking on the Narrow Way. Anyone who says you can just repeat the sinner's prayer, one and done, and go back to all what you were doing before and worse without consequences, because you think your sins are now cancelled out is missing the whole point and is taking the GRACE of GOD for a cheap thing.
I don't remember them citing Galatians 5:17 For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. Galatians 5:18 does go on to essentially say (paraphrased) walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. This bares a striking resemblance to Paul's experience described in Romans 7 and the progression into Romans 8, where Paul speaks about mortifying the deeds of the flesh by the Spirit. Besides, it is only those who have the Spirit who has that wrestle within and are equipped to progress in sanctification. Those who are merely of the flesh and don't have the Spirit, they have a very different relationship with sin and the Spirit. It's important to draw these distinctions. I didn't hear them address this and a few other points in this video.
I love how Leroy Forlines puts it:
“The difference between condition and ground could be illustrated in this way.
If I want to have confidence that a chair will hold me up, I will examine the chair not the confidence in the chair, As I examine the chair, if it is well built, my confidence will be made sure.”
1 John tells us:
These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.
- 1 John 5:13
We are called to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith(2 Corinthians 14:5).
Greetings sweet child,
If you are a person who finds comfort within the reading of scripture....then I encourage you to believe that God promises to speak to each of us by His Spirit.
"Of the tree of knowledge do not eat...."
God loves you sweet child and He will lead you and guide you...
It's His promise to all who believe.
John 3:8 NKJV - “The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
❤🫂❤
Wow!
Praise the Lord for you, but this documentary was originally done by Chris White. We only made a couple edits. You can find him here:

@goodfightministries Good to know. I had no idea. Thanks for sharing! I wouldn't have encountered this otherwise
Is salvation completely secure in Christ?
Obviously, A LOT went into producing this video. I found it informative & a blessing. To all involved, thank you & may The LORD bless
This documentary is so powerful, especially in these last days where there is so much deception!
Because I’m saved, I obey. If you love Jesus you’ll keep His commandments.
Amen! This idea that you WANT to sin after being saved is false, God gives us a new heart with new desires and you no longer want the things you wanted before that time. Not to say there aren't temptations but keeping our eyes on Jesus, as you said, makes us want to please him more than ourselves. God bless
You haven’t broken a single commandment since your salvation?
For me, when anyone quotes Paul more than The Messiah, they are looking at justification [payment in place of] while ignoring the sanctification (living like one called christ-ian) that must follow as James epistle illustrates.
Why would Jesus The Messiah state to all 7 contemporary churches of God in Revelation chapters 2 & 3 to OVERCOME if all they needed was to believe internally.
Matthew 13:41-42
[41]The Son of man shall send forth His angels, and they shall gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and them which DO iniquity;
[42]And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
The Kingdom Jesus refers to is His, not the physical tribe of Judah.
He will separate the sheep from the goats, and reward everyone based on their works towards His people in Matthew 25:31-46
The King in Matthew 22 goes to inspect the guests for those invited to His Son's wedding and notices someone without a wedding garment.
Luke 16:31 But he (Abraham) said to him, ‘If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.’ ”
John 3:21 But he who DOES the Truth comes to the light, that his DEEDS may be clearly seen, that they have been DONE in God.”
There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth by those who do nothing but act like Christian Pharisees. All talk, no works.
Matthew 16:27
[27]For the Son of man shall come in the glory of His Father with His angels; and then He shall reward every man according to his WORKS.
2 Corinthians 5:10
For WE must ALL appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be rewarded for his DEEDS in the body, according to what he has DONE, whether good or bad.
Romans 14:10
But why do you judge your brother, or why also do you despise your brother?
For WE will ALL stand before the judgment seat of God.
To be separate and learn to become kings and priests in the order of Melchizedek, we must look at the example of the Levitical priesthood. The Holy Bible, every jot & tittle is important.
You have backwards. You obey, because you are saved.
Believest thou this?“
John 11:25-26 KJV
John5:24
The LORD keeps his promises
But do we keep ours?
I am concerned about many of my friends and relatives who claim to be Christians but have little to no interest in the Bible and its teachings. Anyone else have this experience?
Yes.
Sadly yes. They think that there attendance once week at church is enough.
this comforts me, scares me, clarifies things, and affirms my beliefs all at once. thank you for this. remember, we are bought with a price. :)
This documentary should have been more popular than chosen.... But somewhere in the Bible they basically say what's wrong will be praised and what's right will be hated.... I mean it's always been like this but it's worse than ever now because people are not even hiding it anymore.
Amen 🙏🏻 People will literally fight you if you tell them once saved always saved is leading people to Hell
Hello, I'm an ex-Roman Catholic. Can you please tell me can I have complete assurance of salvation or is there a chance I can lose it?
I get scared to even say anything due to fear of being hounded
That's Not what he's saying.
Wow! Really great to see Joe Schimmel and Zac Poonen on the same stage!
Only the sin to the holy ghost is unforgiven.

This was so powerful and full of Bible truth! Thank you so much for speaking truth. God bless your ministry.
I get it I do the same thing and I have also been lazy on reading the Bible 😢
Hey I understand your frustration. I came to faith in 2019 and have been in and out of churches due to poor doctrine. I think you should take courage that you can at least identify poor doctrine, which is proof of the Holy Spirit working inside you and giving you discernment. A lot of professing Christians are completely blind to heretical doctrine and don't grow beyond this stage.
You can’t compromise your faith and you must endure till the end!
So does that mean the thief at the cross wasn’t saved? Does that mean Abraham, king David, and many more that just believe in the promise of God did have faith because the didn’t endure till the end?
So we are not kept by the power of God like the bible says.
Amen! But is our salvation completely secure or can you lose it?
@@Scary_SaryIt’s secure.
Like pastor Joe likes to say I'm a non charismatic, charismatic...I'm a reformed Armenian.
a man of God but man it's like playing mental spiritual gymnastics with the doctrines
can these 2 things really be in the same universe?
and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
Calvinist live in contradictions,
Paul washer will preach hard against sin and then say repentance is just turning from thinking you have a part in your salvation to knowing you don't, he will speak in absolute indignation against those who reject God and then say they had no choice unless God chose them from the beginning of time they could do nothing else but reject God
he will preach hard against sin and then say in his everyday practical life he has had idolatry for the last 30 years and not even in a repentant sorrowful I am coming clean way but a matter of fact this is the life way
I am not picking on Paul Washer its just an easy example of what Most prominent Calvinist must do in order to live with their doctrine and sound biblical
there are very few like James white who are at least honest enough to admit that according to his doctrines babies are evil and God ordained rape and worse
Hebr 10:26, I heard Jack Hibbs say that those who fall away are those who never even were saved.
But how can i fall away from God if i never had Him?
Exactly!
1 John 2:19
Judas was with Jesus, saw what Jesus did but did not fully trust in Him.
Thankyou for this video. Ive been saved over 40 yrs, and have never believed in once saved always saved. Another scripture is the one that says, Pray always that you will be accounted worthy to escape those things that are coming upon the earth.
How have you not lost your salvation in those 40 years? Not asking to troll but sincerely.
I will share this with many and will likely wind up in the dog house
but, I must follow the leading of Lord!
Wow thank you for putting this documentary together! This is eye opening. Praise God!
Wow! Wow! Wow! This was an awesome video and VERY informative 👏
So good and needed. Thank you God
How is one to understand if they are not hearing/
obeying and knowing The Word.
Hey brother! Praise the Lord! It was so great meeting you … God is good!
Chrustianity is a SERIOUS business of the heart, mind and soul....
Someone forgot to tell Peter that.
@@jessicaherndon1953 What do you mean by that?

I don't know where to go 😢
Truth. This is TRUE.
This was so well done! Thank you
I watched the documentary.
It doesnt give christians a license to sin at all.
Amen!
False! It is not a license to sin. You don’t have a true saving faith with that approach. Lastly, what is the last sin you have to commit before you are no longer saved? Where in the New Testament do we get the limits of Gods grace?
It’s possible for a born again believer to out sin the grace of God?
So the work The Saviour does is not a perfect and full salvation? That is when you believe a saved person is not always saved.
The truth Christians persevere in the Lord and His Word.
Love this....Love Jesus...
Sister Sharon 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I love her she is a strong powerful woman of God
I love thus documentary. Am saved but I have warring passions that seek to push me into a world of sin
Please watch the entire documentary 🙏
Some of my favorites are in this:
Ravenhill and Poonen and, of course, Pastor Joe, Sister Sharon.
The other teachers in not familiar with but they too were awesome.
Altogether, everyone brought it!!
And smashed this corrupt teaching of OSAS!!
I'm definitely sharing this and reposting.
I Thank you all. May God bless you all!!!
Very good documentary and very much needed in these times. Thank you and God bless you all
Is this a stand alone documentary or did I just watch the whole thing? It is AWESOME!!! GLORY TO THE LORD 🙌🏻 Thank you!
Thank you.
This is such a clear matter in the Bible. I pray that many will wake-up to the truth of God’s Word
Thank you brothers in Christ!
🙌🏼📖✝️📖🙌🏼
I kind of sorta fell for or was seriously pondering the OSAS Doctrine for about 9-months a few years back.
What's the title of the livestream? I'd like to set them straight.
Such a good documentary! Praise God for His Holy Word! And for our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Thank you so very much! As a new believer I need this and am rewatching prayerfully ❤
Please pray if led for my retired nurse friend to stop taking vaccines and promoting them She has been saved since 5 years old serving God with her intelligence and kindness but needs her eyes open and to be healed physically thank you
Thank you for sharing this, God bless you and everyone on here❤🙏
thanks so much for the movie
Thank you for doing this documentary it has blessed my husband and I.
This is how you glorify God! Praise God. One request I have if you can translate this in Spanish , that would be amazing.
Great video, God bless you guys.
Wow, this was wonderfully done. Thank you for your hard work.
Love this. I'm going to share it with my ministry in the upcoming weeks. Great job everyone! Praise the Lord for this..
2 Peter 2:21
For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them.
It's crazy how people will even say Jesus is teaching a works based salvation just because He doesn't affirm the mistakes of their Theology!
The only requirement for salvation is faith in Christ.
I have never heard that....what churches???
@@bristolgirl7346many independent fundamental baptist churches teach this. Stay away from them.
Excellent study, thank you! God bless you.
Do u bellieve in UN REDEMPTION ?
Thank you for this!!
Have you ever lost your salvation?
I have fallen from the faith before. When I realized that I did, I repented.
Thank you and may God richly bless all of those that assisted in the creation of this film.
This is pure GOLD, thank God for it and thank you for enlighten us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is a great video!
This was SO helpful! Thank yall🙏🏽
I was heavily addicted to marijuana for years as a professing Christian (thank God for setting me free!), and after watching this can see how my belief in OSAS was partly keeping me in bondage❤
Roughly same thing here. It was pornography tho. Jesus saved me from hell and myself
📢 AMEN BROTHER AMEN HALLELUJAH GLORY KING OF KINGS 👑
Fantastic work, thanks. God bless you. I didn't know most of the teachings you've explained here. 🙏❤️
Amen. Hold fast to your faith, let no one steal your crown of Life.
🎉❤
Joe schimmel is my pastor on line I live In arkansas is why or I'd go to his church physically hes only preacher I listen to
Please expose the band Coldplay.
Please, consider prayer and fasting. Please seek advice e from a local brother
The flesh is weak. If you truly want to quit then quit. Stop trying and do it.
Yes it is hard no it is not impossible.
Thank you.
I am watching this in 2 parts
This is love for the brethren beyond measure. God bless you all.
I love that scripture is used as a primary source of evidence instead of the rhetoric of man's own fallible arguments.
Amen.
Romans 10:9
💯
Why is it a constant battle?
Sin. Flesh satan
Fantastic! Thank you
This was brilliant.. thank you 😊
Its not how you start the race, its how you finish it.😊
Is there a chance you lose it at the end?
If yes, how do you maintain it?
pride hatred blasphemy idolatry lies = unbelief
Whos your trust in JESUS CHRIST TO SAVE YOU FROM ALL YOUR SINS WHEN YOU BELIVE HIM ALONE , or does your life style save you ? its one or the other
