I think it was a was a neat decision to make someone like a Dusknoir this famous explorer, a cool way to show off a pretty new Pokémon at the time. I can’t remember specifically who it was in Gates but I think you are right that there’s a bully in every PMD lol. Also man, I can’t believe I forgot you could get eggs in this game! It doesn’t come up too often, but I’m a bit disappointed in myself for forgetting it lol

I loved how they used Dusknoir in this game. He's a very cool Pokemon to begin with, but then bringing him up in this role was just perfect for him
