I honestly commend you guys for always accommodating for the life changes your children go through. I know some parents may not be in the place to be able to do so, but just the support alone that you give your children is a blessing.

He was evicted. Which will destroy his credit, at such a young age. With their wealth, they could have helped with his rent till he could move back home. Plus he is on their channel so he should be compensated for that time. In my opinion, it’s disgusting on their part.

Proud of Alex for giving living alone a shot. There is nothing wrong with moving back in at home especially in this economy. I had to move out and lived alone at 18 and only wish I had the option to move back in with my parents and focus on myself, college, and my growth rather than bills. Wishing him nothing but happiness and success.

It's so expensive to be on your own my husband and i were blessed to have my parents to financially support us when we needed it. They were the ones to lend us money for our first home. Thank you for being there for your kids. Emotionally and financially, it is a huge impact on their lives.

@@divahc1what they mean by younger generation is the people born in the 2000s not 90s. My mom is even struggling paying rent and we live in San Diego which is now the most expensive city to ever live in. I seen a family literally homeless living on the streets in the cheapest area to live here. They have young kids and are sleeping in a large tent next to a building. It’s not as easy as it sounds and the prices of rent is ridiculous…even living on section 8 my mom is paying 3k a month w/ all her bills just to keep us living and happy. My 19 or 20 year old cousin has a 2 year old son and her car just got taken because she was 3 months late on it and she lives with her parents which they managed to get the car back. She works at a medical clinic. Jobs are harder to get into now and I had to be in an organization at 17 just to get paid and I’ll be making $16 a hour and get paid ONCE a month.

yeah it’s definitely not easy for us, i had moved towns with my mom and we were paying $1,600 a month which was a DEAL where we were living. my mom was in medical sales full time and had to work at target part time and then she switched over to being a flight attendant. i was working a full time retail job and because of the fact i had to work so much to have a roof over my head while i was also TRYING to be a full time student at a community college…i had to keep dropping classes or i would fail them. after two years of struggling to make something for ourselves and finally leaving the town we had been stuck in for my entire life we had to move back there. now it’s my mom, her boyfriend, my older brother and I. there’s not even enough room for the 4 of us in this house. there is absolutely no hope for my generation and especially for those of us that are musicians or some type of artist. this world is not built for us.

I really really appreciate the message about following your dreams. My cousin recently moved back home from out of state back to her parents and she was feeling really sad because she really thought that one dream was what she wanted, but realized, it wasn't for her, but fortunately for her she moved back when she did, because a few months later, her mom passed away suddenly and without much warning. She would have missed all the time she had with her mom had she not chosen a different path. Life isn't always that dramatic, but it takes a lot to realize that you can have other dreams or that a different choice is the right choice for you no matter how many people are negative about it.

That day, you certainly needed "Teamwork," and that's what you had! You may have been stressed on the inside, but your actions and voice didn't show! I'm going to try the salted caramel in my hot chocolate! I love that Ariana found her passion. I admit I was worried about her moving so far from home and being homesick, but she's doing wonderful. This comment is in no way being negative! I'm so proud of her at least going to try it! You can tell how much she loves this school and where it's taking her. As for Alex, you adjust to living back home, save your money and when you're ready, you'll know! You kids have wonderful parents, and you make it known! You love them as much as they love you, and you respect them. Unfortunately, today, there are a lot of kids who don't respect their parents. This falls back on Crystal and Aaron, you've done a wonderful job of parenting, and it shows by the way your children act.

I'm a mom and as my son grew up I asked him and I asked his friends "Are you heart happy?" If a person is truly happy they are heart happy. Yes there's points when you're sad/confused or many other things as you progress through life but if you're truly content on what you're working towards you're "heart happy" so just please make your heart happy. Go off that "beaten path" and make your soul/heart happy to be you. Hugs, love and peace.

I know as vloggers you want to share only the good, but I'm glad that you are real and include the not so good parts of life with us. It's one of the reasons I love you all. I'm just sorry that you're dealing w/ this water leak problem and I'll be praying for a speedy (yet proper) fix! Another thank you for what you said at the end of this video. I wasn't expecting to cry, but goodness did I ever! My mental health hasn't been great at all this year, mostly because of work. I'm a 911 dispatcher in a center that is very understaffed. We've had to work 7 days a week for a while, and as someone who has 2 littles, been working here for 17 years and half of that burnt out... this has been too much. Thankfully now I am getting every other weekend off, but I'm not getting to go to church every Sunday which has not helped my mental health being lower than it ever has been. I have physical limitations on what I can do for work, and I live in a small town so there aren't many opportunities for a job that I can physically do. I have severe driving anxiety so I can't drive the 45 minutes it takes to get to better jobs. And just not having a job is not in the cards for me. I also haven't found a work from home job either. So feeling stuck for as long as I have has really altered my mental health as well. What you said Crystal at the end of the video made me cry because for so long I worried that if I quit my job I would make people mad. So I stayed, even though it hurt me in the long run. Plus I do like I what I do, just not the circumstances I've been in for the last few years. But you have given me inspiration to not stop looking for something that will fit me better, even if it may not be what everyone thinks I should do. I need to start taking care of myself and stop worrying about what others think. Sorry this is so long, IF anyone even reads this... But I just wanted to share.

You proved you can do it on your own, while supporting yourself! You also proved that healing isn’t easy but can be graceful! You have proven at a young age just how strong you are and sometimes when we do so, so young, we need to take a step back and breathe again! Which is what you are doing. yes 100% follow you're dreams whatever they maybe. Whether it is now or something that you need to build from the ground up. There will be road blocks along the way, but that is life. We handle them in the best way as possible, we make mistakes, we make more mistakes, but we learn from them. It is the best lesson's we could possible have in life. i am a firm believer that whatever comes my way i can deal with, due to having such a difficult up bringing, i have the tool to deal with it or needing to take a step back to evaluate

“ Teamwork” makes Dreamwork! Welcome Home Alex. Wishing you all a Blessed Holiday. Crystal I’m sorry you were feeling stressed, but keep in mind that bumps in the road will never change your heart and who you are. The walls in the home are just walls. It’s the Roof that holds everything together. Love you all and wish everyone the best of everything. ❤

We had a flood in our house and it took us about a year to get everything done. It was the kitchen and we decided it was a good time to completely redo the kitchen, since almost everything was from the 1970's. Since we wanted to pay everything without financing is why it took so long, and we did it by ourselves, except for the drying out of the flooding. That needed to be monitored by the insurance company. I feel your pain!

Hang in there crystal. I struggle with chronic pain everyday but it cheer me up when I watch crazypieces blog. I’m thankful that my church is praying for me. I like to hide that I have a disability like Jamie because I feel like the church won’t like me.

22:04 to the end of the video. Crystal you are very right about what you said, you have to be happy in doing something you enjoy, Ariana you will never be a failure because you dropped out of the college you were at before, now you are happier that’s all that matter is doing something you love. You can’t be a failure in something you don’t enjoy ❤ - Lydia

We had our house flood last year just before December. It was horrible and I wanted to cry because I was afraid I would not be able to decorate. It all came through though. I am believing for a Christmas miracle for you and your family. Luke, I appreciate your old truck. Alex and Arianna, you guys are doing great in an economy that is not kind to anyone let alone young people just starting out. Suggestion to help Jamie's situation. Buy some hanging racks that have shelves at the bottom so she can stay organized. I would say wardrobes but that might get a bit pricey. Love you guys and may things completely turn around for you.

When Ariana came home from college, she was young, and homesick! She was living with people she didn't know in a dorm! She's had time to grow into herself and become more independent! If anyone has something negative and hateful to say, tell them to kick rocks! Everyone has to go to growing pains to figure out who they are! I think the negative hateful ugly people, are just jealous because they don't have great parents that will stand by them and back them up! Go Ariana you're doing great, don't ever let anyone dull your spirit! 💞

Our 24 yr old son still lives at home, he attends culinary school & works a full time job. Places to rent are so expensive around us most is more then what we pay for our mortgage payment it super crazy. So he is saving his money to buy one day.

That’s what my dad did for a living while I was growing up. Owned a business for water leaks. There was one time when I was like 10 years old when a whole old folks home was to their ankles in water and not only did we have to move all the old people out but we had to use a water vac to suck all the water out of the carpets and run blowers. It took ALLLLL night long and it happened when my dad decided to go hunting. Lol it was a memory me, my sisters and my mom will never forget because we had to help! 🤣 I know you hate the blowers but remember- the more blowers and the more they dry everything is the less likely you will have mold!
