Great channel sir. And love the music choice of all your videos. Definitely inspiring
Beautiful! I love kyoto and long to return and take photos. Stay well...
Your videos deserve a lot more attention. Every time I see your videos I get "Fernweh" which is a German term for lusting to go abroad.
Yes , Amen to that !
I am glad to !:)
The Lantern Festival , I believe sending prayers to the Spirits of loved one's passed ... so touching and beautiful. Thank You Steven for sharing this very special time with me. This is what I love about the East , the still quiet reverence and respect .. I was raised that way , in the STATES ... albeit a fined and kinder generation of hard working people. Again ; thank you Steven .... Chris
Thanks Chris:)
Steven ; you like to shoot into the light too .. I love the rays of sun chasing into color and adding warmth. I truly hope this 62nd year of my life that I can get a Leica M3 , or M6 ... I have so many M mount lenses. Steven .. I would love to spend time walking and enjoying beautiful people and culture ..the peace , in JAPAN.
That's will be great :))
I agree with the others... your work is so beautiful Steven, thank you for sharing it.
Thank you barry:)
You end your video with "thanks for watching" and all I can say is Thank you for posting. Seeing Japan through your lens is a gift.
The image at 2:38 is perfect. And those two birds at 4:34 made me laugh.
So sweet comment Steve. appreciate!!!
Stunning! It’s such a joy to see your videos and images
Thanks Satyarod:)
I can’t say enough about how beautiful this video is. You illustrate not only the beauty of the sights and sounds of Kyoto, but also punctuate the journey with your artistic images. I really enjoyed being able to see the contrast of the two Fuji film stocks, neither of which I have tried. Thank you so much for sharing!
So much gratitude you like it, that’s really encouragement! 😊
As always, you did a great job making that special atmosphere come through your pictures. That was lovely to watch and listen to.
Thanks a lot 😊
happy to have discovered your channel. Harmoniously beautiful!

Thank you so much Simon :)
so beautiful
Beautiful images both on film and video!
Glad you like it, thanks :))
Marvelous!
Thanks :))

Wow! I love your summer memories with Leica M6 😁
thank u friend😄
beautiful for weekend :D
Thanks :))
Hi Steve, the color on these eterna films is amazing. I am glad that I get a hand in this film, may I know what iso did you shoot this at?
I use ISO100 for this film but I think even iso50 will be better.
@@StevenTanno Thanks Steve, looking forward to shoot this
I miss japan so much
Some of the most beautiful pictures I've ever seen... especially the results from the Fuji Eterna 250D impressed me the most. I've bought a couple of rolls of cinematic film (Eterna 250D and Kodak Vision3 500T). But I do not like to develop them in C41 chemistry. Are yours developed in the original ECN-2 process?
Greetings to you from Berlin,
Denis
I developed in ECN-2, I have tried do it in C-41 and as same as your the ECN-2 is better. Thanks Denis.
@@StevenTanno Thank you for answering my question ☺️🙏🏻
@@denistonti you welcome:)

我也是萊卡底片相機使用者,看你的影片很有共感,請持續分享創作唷🙂
Really great video and photos. You brought me a Kyoto from Japanese perspective :)
Btw, what do you think about your 35mm summilux Pre.A? I am thinking to switch from summaron 35mm/2.8 to summilux Pre.A.
To use it on both Leica M10 and Leica CL for film, do you think it is a good idea?
About this Pre-A i have a video review: th-cam.com/video/FmL3cxiXKdI/w-d-xo.html
老兄拍的video和照片都很有味道。请问Eterna250d和t各有什么特点?
谢谢!这个视频里说了这两种胶片:th-cam.com/video/lj0hOTR-yDI/w-d-xo.html
@@StevenTanno 正巧我昨天重温了一下这个视频,发现里面都已经解释的很清楚了。谢谢!
