Very empowering. I can completely relate to Jennifer's story. It's such a relief when you finally find out what's actually going on. I loved it when she said, "Doctors are human". I feel that sometimes people forget that.

Looking forward to helping people realize the importance of "owning" their own power when making health choices specific to their unique requirements.

after decades of pain and trouble, I finally got an allergist. honest I thought eat a meal have pain, I am so well also medscape last month noted seizures with wheat. Dr. Purlmutter a neurologist has great books and a good book. I am totally wheat free and occasionally do a rice based cake mix. I can have some dairy, I looked at it all, grain free with the almond meal desert, and a steak and salad would be an ideal meal. it is not the meat it is the wheat. this is a great interview. there are GF tour groups. GF expos, and great cookbooks for celiacs it is a good time for diagnosis......stay with your food plan and enjoy being well!

Thank you for posting. I had to become my own dr Bcz all bloodwork wld say I was fine. A1C just a tad high. Panic attacks, hair loss, endless stomach pain has been prevalent for me. After eating food in other countries I learned that is not an addition issue. Ex)Adding meds. It’s a subtraction problem, taking out processed foods, casein /whey, gluten/lectins. All ppl are different & drs can’t just write it off as anxiety

Thank you for posting this video. Being there as a health coach and listening to our clients, potential and future clients, is so helpful. We all need to be heard.

I looked at the archives of the New England Journal from 1920's to the present there were very few articles and the facts on celiac were wrong, the doctors are finally getting the memos and there are many great cookbooks, finally.

Jennifer from what ive learned most health care practiioners simply do not know the extent, diagnosis, or correct treatment for celiacs. I called a celiac support group recently and spoke with the President of the group and she didn't even know about Cross reactive foods that many celiac patients react to just as bad as wheat gluten. I'm 46 and didn't know my whole life that it was Celiacs all this time. My father in law had all the symptoms especially high blood pressure every time he ate that eventually lead to heart disease and his death. Do you know about Cyrex????????? They have answers that will end the guessing and unending illness. Google "Cyrex Labs Array 10". Watch the video. Call them. Ask your doctor to get an account with them and put this disease to bed once and for all.
