This is very cool technology which has a future in restoration jobs and other odds and ends. This is not an inexpensive machine and the dry ice is not cheap either but there are times where a “waterless” restoration is the only way to go.

What does this do for the O2 level for breathing in the vicinity of the process?

Nothing, levels are so small they is no effect.
