By sudden checking and seizure you are seizing mainly delivery and other bikes that dont make any non sense.

They only stop two wheelers because jitne space ek gaadi le legi utne mai 4 scooty walo ki checking kr lenge aur already srinagar mai heavy traffic hai aur smart city (bewakoof city) project mai roads ko narrow kar diya ye log 2 wheelers ko rok ke apne higher officers aur media ko dekha te hai dekho ji kaam ho raha hai. only a few cars are stopped for inspection of documents
