A couple of times a week, I put Clorox in the last of the water in my dish pan or sink and throw in my sponges and dishcloths and even dish towels snd let them soak. After half an hour I rinse with clean water and put them to air dry. Cleans the sink too
So glad someone is on my side that any other way to load a dishwasher is WRONG. And is it not absolutely crazy how much nastiness gets into wooden spoons??? gross😩
From what I can see, she doesn't mention it! I know what you're talking about though and I believe those would be better than sponges because they wouldn't hold on to so much dirt and grime. I imagine she'd still suggest washing daily!

Great info, thank you! Wooden spoons 😱
Right?! It makes sense but I have NOT been following that rule. 😅

ahaha I am the queen of loading the dishwasher improperly but I'm learning for the sake of my relationship....lol. Hope all is well with you mama!! ❤️
What about using the plastic brushes for scrubbing dishes instead of sponges? Does she mention those at all?
