Incase you're interested in how it works: Hair dye is a chemical reaction where you add a certain chemical to a colour pigment (when you mix the two colours) which causes the colour pigment molecules to get bigger, so when you apply the colour they're small enough to get into the hair follicle but after a few minutes of application they're too big to get back out again.
This product works by essentially doing the opposite! It 'shrinks' the colour molecules so they can get back out again!
Interesting though why the water still runs clear.
Removing silver toner I expected the water to be deep purple/blue.
But nothing
I used this today to get the reddish brown out of my hair and it worked and now I am blonde again
I love Irish people! I'm English and I have always loved the sense of humour, accent and the culture... I went to Ireland once and not even kidding, every single person I walked past down the street said hello to me... You don't get that in London 😔 people should be nicer to people... i come from Yorkshire and the people are the same, everyone treats you like they`ve known you for years :-) i now live in Germany and hardly anyone smiles let alone says hello!! :-(
If you want to go from black hair to brown without the damage and the smell, then use vitamin C mixed with head and shoulders. Leave in for an hour and wash again after with head and shoulders. You can do this a few times, my hair always goes from black to chocolate brown. And it smells like orange after :). Worst that happens is it’s a little dry after, but after one condition its back to normal and no damage.
After dying my hair some brash colours the past year or so it was quite a shock to see the effect of this stuff on my hair. Underneath my hair had turned blonde! But it goes to show that this stuff really works. It says it doesn't effect natural hair but, like you said, my natural colour did look a little ginger for a while. Seems to be ok now though. Just waiting for my hair to feel better for itself so I can ombre it ;)
We got this product in Canada sometime in the last year or so ... my daughter has about 6 layers of dye on hers, so I'm HOPING this will work! Thanks for posting this and being the tester!

So, i'm a 14 year old Girl from Germany and i wanna test this out on Saturday/Sunday. I've coloured my hair for more than 2 Years Brown/Dark Brown and 1 time Red. I wanna have my natural hair colour, a lightdark blonde. I hope it works because then i wanna make my hair middlelight blonde. I'm a little bit scared about the finish because nobody on my school knows me with my normal hair colour... i am afraid of that they laught about me :( But i really wanna change the colour. So all what i can do is hope that nobody laughs ♡

Hi, du sollst um sicher zu gehen definitiv ein Toner in zwei tone heller als du haben mochtest parat haben, ich habe Colour B4 zweimal benutzt und es hat gut funktioniert ausser das mein Haar oben Orange farbig war und unten immer noch relative dunkel, ich musste danach ein mittelbraun Toner benutzen um es auszugleichen, oben habe ich aber leider viel Graue Haare deswegen ist es heller als unten geworden, du wirds dieses Problem nicht haben nehme ich an !:-)

I used the blue one on my purple hair and it turned it a blue/green colour
Compared to years ago - it doesn't work no where near as well as it used to and the smell is stronger
I'm doing this tomorrow. Really not looking forward to the smell now!

Loved the video! how long had you been dying your hair dark before this if you don't mind me asking. I've been dying mine black over a year now and I'm scared to try this remover in case it's just a waste of money and the color doesn't budge! (despite the products good reviews!) I have naturally very light hair!
my hair is naturally light brown, over years iv highlighted gone red and put a dark brown on over red, red is hard to shift so put a really dark brown/black!! and I'm hoping this stuff tones is down! I don't expect miricles! but I hope its 2-3 shades lighter, ps..never start dying your hair
I used this product yesterday, after finding it at Tesco. I didn't do any research before... yes it works, stinks badly forever! 😂y colour was as dark as yours before using it, and after 60 mins when I took.the cling film off I had a bit of a heart attack when I saw the gingery/orange colour. But after my hair dried, it actually looks nice. Warm brownish colour. I wonder if I use it again, will it strip more? I always colour my hair, can't even exactly remember my natural colour, I think it's brownish....

Hi ... since these last 3 months , I've died my hair a lot my natural hair is really dark brown . Ive had alsorts from blonde highlights bleach from salon in last year or so , then went purple bleach from salon it then faded into fushia then faded again into a red , I then had full head blonde with semi permanent soo I wanted to change as blonde fades away quickly and my roots start to come in also faded abit orangey , now from blonde I tried bright pink it was more fushia colour , so I wanted get rid of pink I had to dye it semi perminent red over it . my hair turned Wait for it ..BRIGHT ORANGE oops , didn't like that couloir at all so I died urban brown ,it kinda turned it a chestnut colour but on the top is more red .. If I use colour before what will turn out like ?? :) thanks
It is on my hair right now. I put this on in a small bathroom and I was like gagging because it smelled so bad! I opened the door and the window and it didn’t help it just made my house smell bad. I’m so glad I’m not the only one who thinks it smells bad.
I will agree, smell is hell but I am fine with putting up with it, the results are kickass!!!
Might do this as well soon (have done it several times before) Might go mushroom brown after lockdown to let my greys out grow out more gracefully
okay that's weird ... on my i does work perfekt. i've dye it almost black.(like on my profil picture ) and i uses it and now it's dark blond with a bit red ! i used it again and now it's mittle blond ! my original haircolour is. mittle until bright blond with gold ! it does works ! so it' doesn't brough my natuaral hair colour back but! it it's much brighter than before !
Hi. I loved the color you got on the end, so pretty. Ive been coloring my hair dark purple for over 3 years. Do you think think this could remove it? also ive heard that its very bad for your hair,.
I have done mine tonight and the smell is horrendous! I hope my hair will not be as gingery as they turn out now and the colour will change cos when I took the cling film off I was shocked! Surprisingly this stuff works cos took all black colour from my hair. Anyway I am not that pleased with the results so far. Maybe next day will be better. I don't know.
I have this in my hair right now!! I have been dying my hair violet for years, and the ends almost look black compared to the roots... hoping this takes it out!!! so nervous ... and the smell is nasty! I used the oops before and it killed my hair... my hair couldn't hold color no matter what colour I dyed it ,it would wash out after 4 or 5 washes... wish me luck!

it took out the darkness turned my ends orange but I then bleached the ends and coloured. I love it. this product stinks but works great. I used colour oops before and that ruined my hair.this is a better alternative
For me it worked very well, the smell didn't bother me, not that strong. From a warm brown hair I got as the final result a blond, golden hair. My goal was to achieve a red hair later, which I succeed with a copper color afterwards.

Sounds bad but I left mine in for 6 or so hours and I went from dark black with red tones (which I’d been dying my hair those colours for years) but after 6 hours I went brassy blonde but with highlights in, just get cling film and a shower cap on top to cover the smell and it’s easier to cope with
My hair is naturally a dark I show blonde color. Would this stuff work to get out streaks of blue purple and red/pink out? Great video by the way 💓💓

I'm french and i ordered this product on Amazone, i'm waiting and hope it could get off my black color ! Is it your natural color here or not exactly? I'm anxious because we can already see my roots and i'm scared there is a difference between them and the end of my hair..

The colour result I achieved after using Colour B4 is not exactly my natural hair colour, my natural colour is still a bit lighter than that with less red in it. But it is much much closer!

@@notanymoreahahha9604 it did i was orange for two days maybe and than my dark brown came back when I washed my hair... i was shockedddddd, so i contacted them to get my money back because it did nothing exept damage my hair.
of couse I didn't get my money back nor an apology from them soooo...

ugh.. it was truly pungent... I was convinced I could smell it for a week!.. but I was assured by others they could not smell it.. but hey.. it worked! :)
I was just wondering everyone, since I have black hair, my color will end up being sort of like hers. HOWEVER, I plan on changing the color afterwards to a reddish brown/dark auburn/ whatever color it is according to the different brands. How do I do that? Buy a dark red color, buy straight up dark auburn, or do I have to use some weird color mix?

partially, it got rid of the light brown dye on my hair, but did nothing to the permanent black. had to get it fixed at a salon x

HI , hope someone could anwser me as i do not know whether i should use this COLOUR B4 product: so atm i have dark brown /black hair (where my natural colour is natural darker brown) i have dyed my hair light purple/reddish before and also had blond ombre.. now i want to remove those pigments and dye my hair natural chocolate brown...or get as close to my natural as possible so i could dye with no problems. as having black colour would nt allow me to colour it any other colour without bleaching. ..now if i use this COLOUR B4 will i get to my natural or could i end up with reddish or blonde bits??(which i obv dont want to) ?? please HELP! cheerrs:)

If You originally have black hair and have your hair dyed blonde...and want to get back to your original, Don't use this product...Cause all of the time wasting is not worth it...coz its 0% working. Wonder Colour B4 have a product specially for my case???
You have lifted the pigment out of your hair and the only way to go back black is with dye or growing your hair out this product clearly states it's to remove color not put pigmentation back in hair after you've stripped it.. Research.
