And the wild comparisons are just…rude. That’s why Keith Lees are so vital to the community. It’s a way to do things.
The pea is actually not nit-picking. It shows they possibly use the same utensils in different food items, possibly cross contamination. That's deadly for some. Or they just don't pay attention to details, showing laziness, which could possibly be harmful as well.

It’s just the risk we take when we eat out. This is why people with certain allergens don’t even eat from kitchens that deal with their trigger, period. It’s almost never full-proof. Got an idea for Mr Cooks, you are visiting a lot black owned restaurants and rating the food, do spin show where you go back to the restaurants that you rated low like say 1,2, 3 out 5 and help them make adjustments lift the 4 or 5....if possible
In His Defense I Feel His Supporters Should Recommend High End , Real Soul , & Scratch Made Restaurants . He Himself Is A Pro Chef That Cooks From Scratch & Is A Very Up Kept , Detailed Person , So It Only Makes Sense

Wow! I would assume on a professional level as a kitchen cook to a chef instead of going public I would pull them aside and show the owner/ chef the errors…. I would not eat there but I would not blast them on social media as a courtesy I would be more discreet about it. Going public kinda sucks for their business oh well just my opinion💜
Restaurants strive to keep their expenses on food products low so, there are some restaurants who skimp or substitute some of their ingredients purchased at a lower cost. It may not taste homemade or from scratch. In my opinion, some restaurant owners should at least consider tweeking their dishes or at least attempt to take the risk and purchase the fresher ingredients that will increase their quality of the food product they are presenting or serving.

Just a fyi, if it's inside the 275 loop then you can consider it the greater cincinnati area. Middletown is way north of 275 and it's closer to Dayton Ohio, than it is Cincinnati... With that being said, I'm cracking up at your truthfulness and honesty. Prayer, Supplication, and sackcloth and ashes>>> I'm hollerin... I would have recommended to just go get a glazed donut at central pastries since you were in Middletown.

I will say, i went here to celebrate my mother. We were so excited because the whole city (not Cincinnati) was hizzing baout the new, great soulfood spot. But we all left disappointed. Minus the fact that there was actual sex scenes on the television, the only thing anyone enjoyed tht we got was the fried okra. And that was from a bag - frozen. Not fresh. We all stopped by somewhere else to eat on the way home. And thats after we waited an hour for drinks. I will forever tell about my horroble experience here cause its too much. Smh.
