This is the Colosseum everyone remembers. When they moved on Litherland and Reeves they were screwed. Real pity as I think this line up could have gone on to record some excellent material. Litherland was an excellent singer and songwriter. When he left the material dried up and they disbanded. Hiseman and Hecktel-Smith are responsible for cutting off what could have been an extended run of brilliance because they wanted to be more seriously Jazz based rather than a mix of blues, jazz and rock

Colosseum is on of my alltime best bands with so great musicians.
Loved Colosseum. Liked James Litherland's vocals and guitar playing. Bought the single and then the album. Great days!!

I saw one of the last gigs with John on drums. They were amazing.
