Not sure it’s a ‘huge’ bonus since South Africa have never beaten Ireland while he was there? Not to be salty but Ireland is a completely different team to Leinster in how they are coached etc. Doesn’t take away from what he will add to Leinster tho!

Leinster are already easily the best producing rugby club on the planet.. how can he add to whats already the best conveyor belt of players in any club. No doubt he CAN do that as he's one of the best but I think his job at Leinster is strategy and winning games
