This whole album + weed + breathing exercises has been the cure to my panic attacks. I've had anxiety my entire life but recently I've had incapacitating panic attacks that feel like heart attacks. I just turn this tape on, specifically double scoop or skirt and start 4x4 breathing exercises and it alleviates most of my panic to a point where I can cope with it. The nostalgia, tempo, and honesty in this album are all I need to level my mind. Thanks A l e x.
The song 134 am makes me imagine you're floating in a realm where your whole life is flashing before you, you're depressed but you also feel like it is what it is and you're kinda progressively feeling like accepting death sounds nice. Everything is nice and whatever happens, happens.

Recently I've been having some very strong anxiety crisis due to a syndrome I have on my stomach, and very often I find myself listening to this album over and over, and it's one of the very few things that actually managed to calm me down and get myself relaxed for once, so thank you.
