i got some advice, i switched a few month ago to 4 fingers, i've been legendary top5k for the past 3 seasons, so first of all, i think you're sens is weird because you need to fix the settings basically in the "basic" settings you'll be able to disable the looking around using the fire button and aiming button so basically right now when you move your finger while shooting, you're messing up what your doing with your thumb to aim, same with aiming button so when u disable them, you'll be aiming and looking around with your right thumb only. next advice that worked well for me, u don't need the two firing button, disable the one that ads for you and just use the hipfire one and you'll manualy ads with your ads button, there is also an option in settings that lets you fast switch guns so basically you'll get an extra button that let's you change between guns so it will be a lot easier to switch between gun, in my case since i am an aggresive sniper, knife switching and movement is the most important thing. hope i could help
