Yes, I find that most look oily on me at the end of the day though...
However, I tend to always reapply sunscreen. I find that applying a cream foundation is easiest to blend while looking natural. The powder is an additional sunscreen layer on top of mattifying.
I find that powder foundation looks cakey and liquid foundation separates on me...
