Great video! I'm enjoying Rasasi Zebra, it has good longevity and smells quite similar to aventus. Have you ever tried it? But I'm starting to realize that no clone will ever be identical to Aventus.. Maybe this realization came too late! 😊 Thank you!
Mine finally came in a few days ago....fabulous smelling stuff! It’s great because I can spray it on and not feel my wallet get smaller but enjoy how I smell all day long
Let me help you guys out. I have smelled or own all of the parfum vintage fragrances. They all smell like a different interpretation of very nice smelling bug spray. The opening has brighter fruitier notes but the dry down on all of them smells like a pleasant bug spray. No exaggeration
Great vid, Mr. Smelly! 15X01 is considered a woody batch of Aventus, so King Intense does actually get pretty close to the woodier batches of Aventus; so compared to your batch, I can see why you get a close resemblance. Cheers🥂
Is there a place for swapping decants and samples in Europe? Strange one Aventus, not the most complicated scent in the world but people don’t seem to get bored with it.
say what you want, but when i wore pineapple vintage. I sat down to eat with my brother to only be asked by the waitress if she could get my number. I do love pineapple vintage because it is less expensive, and it is a sweeter smelling aventus. just doesn't project as well to me, duration was great 10hrs. projection about 4-5hrs. there is a sharp bright note from aventus. You can tell it is very high quality ingredients .i feel like club de nuit intense man is almost a closer smell to aventus after the dry down to me. but pineapple vintage is its own signature , where the CDN is more of a cheap direct clone with no other desires

I was in Munich last weekend, as I was strolling down Marienplatz I thought of visiting Parfümerie Brückner. I walked out 160 bucks poorer, but with a bottle Bois du Portugal. What an amazing fragrance it is. I must compliment you on your taste. Whatever you suggest can be a safe blind buy for me it seems. Lol.
I prefer King Intense as I prefer Aventus over Sauvage by a long way and X Batch is a hybrid of Aventus and Sauvage. However, I do like X Batch better than Sauvage.
Robert the Haunted Doll might be worth getting a sample mate. Some people state killer performance, a lot of people now talking about poor longevity. Have to say I was disappointed in the performance of my x-batch

Nice review - I own many batches of Aventus but they're from 17 & 18 and don't want to pay the price for older batches. I wanted something a little "darker" for the cooler weather and I feel this will fit bill (yes, I own PVKI)
Morning Chess has an odd similarity to Aventus, even more so to me than Cedrat Boise which is similar in the opening before it goes in a different direction

First Impression, I like King Intense but don't love it. The new interpretation feels more balanced and "rounded out" but doesn't strike me as their best release. Definitely less sweet if that's what people want out of this but it doesn't add to that Aventus smokiness accord or ambergris note. Performance didn't beat Aventus or PVI either. King died at about the 6 hour mark and at 8 hours Aventus and PVI were still going neck and neck.

It was her father's signature scent (he was a lawyer and has used it from the day it was released). He doused himself in it every working day. At the office, she was asked out by a young lad sporting Aventus. Unfortunately, he was out of luck! Her girlfriend asked why she knocked him back. Her response "Why would I want to date someone who smells like my dad!" So much for the panty dropper
I disagrre, I feel clone houses have done an awful job at making an enjoyable chpyre fruity like Aventus. CDNIM is just toxic and harsh, L'Aventure lemon pledge, PVI just way off the mark. Only Dua have a good vintage clone but the price is steep per ml. I feel more clones need to come out so we can all have an affordable Aventus experience. Even if they just focus on one aspect of Aventus and fine tune it to death, such as the top note or base we could finally have an affordable option. I am an Aventus vintage owner of 10 different batches new and old so I have some authority on this topic I believe :D
Because you can't find vintage anywhere, and if you do you'll pay 2x price usually. So $45 for 30ml of PE 13ZZ and 90% similar to vintage juice is worth it.

i think the aventus batches smell different not bc of poor quality but bc of natural ingredients changing from season to season

King intense is weak. Pineapple vintage intense is the closest thing to real aventus. Most of the stuff parfums vintage offers is terrific
