@@nfxavieor5143 No you don't lmao Oda is vague with haki so he doesn't have to explain things and sits on it for hundreds of chapters so the brain dead community makes up their own head cannon
theres a consistent kanji( I think its a sound effect) thats always present when someone uses Acoc. It was there when roger and wb clashed, it was there on rooftop and garp when he used galaxy impact but it was not there with coby.
@@Ryan-fx4hfThey actually have a specific sound effect the use for Conquerors Haki in the anime. It’s the crackling screeching sound. I never really noticed it until someone else brought it up.
I would say the only thing consistent would be that anybody with ACoC is stronger than anybody with regular CoC. Rayleigh said you can only strengthen it by growing yourself, which means anybody with ACoC should be stronger.
@@TheTowerOfRan Kidd is an interesting one because his fruit is already highly offensive it seems he only uses invisible armament not the black hardening. And his cannons are lethal even to haki users because we saw it push back even BIGMOM who used haki to block it. Very interesting power system
For me the biggest problem is how black lightning is used pretty much at random. Sometimes it's used with armament, sometimes with acoc, and somtimes when we think someone's using acoc there's little to no black lightning (the best example being Koby's Honesty Impact, which barely showed any lightning and even in the One Piece wiki it's stated to be Armament Haki). Oda has made it very unclear whether the black lightning is used for armament or Conquerors, cuz it appears in both scenarios even on users that we know for certain do not have acoc
Saying kaido doesn’t know what he’s talking about is kinda crazy seeing as he interacted with roger, whitebeard and rocs. If anyone knows who’s at the top of the verse it’d be him.
@@BigCyan yeah it’s pretty crazy. Not saying Garp and Sengoku are weak but I don’t think they are actually peak Roger’s equals just people he respected amongst the marines. It could be the case that Roger and ROC’s had a 1v1 and Garp held off the 3 young yonko which would be impressive but we just don’t know.
It’s not even confusing people just aren’t reading proberly they’re obviously holding back because it’s been said many times do not destroy the brain or the reactor which is right by where they are fighting, what happens when you clash coc near things, they get destroyed it’s simple so they’re useing as little haki as possible.
@@DmizzMOB it's more of the Garp-Koby situation where both attacks look similar, but Garps is Acoc while Kobys is most likely not. The only difference really being a little bit thicker lines
@@Stumpsville I don’t think there’s a way to tell the difference but I think they both used acoc it looks like they didn’t make contact with what they were punching.
powr system of OP is bullshit. after 100s of episdoe he came up with haki to explain why certain people are stronger then others. I think devil fruits were just a little bit too tricky and exhousting. he had to come up with so many creative devil fruits and usage ways. so he invented haki and now high tier guys only have a boring zoan which does literally nothing. and main power is just haki/chacra/energy... before haki one piece was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better... so pretty sure from nowo n every powerful guy will be just a boring haki user with maybe zoan. I just hope that Imu and gorosei still have cool and creative paramecia/logia like powers. but they look like typical boring zoan with just haki. holy knights probably only boring haki user too...
@cakes1166 imo the haki bloom plot device completely ruined it as a power system. at first it was a way to write around logias but now it’s literally just letting oda write his fights on easy mode
Ngl it was pretty clear to me reading the chapter that Zoro wasnt using acoc. It was only when i went on social media that i started to doubt. Still think I'm right tho
@@bdalaw and that’s why this video needed to be made cuss you ask 1 question about haki on twitter and you’ll get 14 different answers. Sounds like a inconsistent power system to me lol
@@bdalawTbh i think the flames on Zoro's swords are a separate thing from acoc. The anime called it Hell flame. Haki is inconsistent though so us having a difference of opinion makes sense imo
It’s confusing but I also think fans try to over complicate it. Like id say most of the time we know what’s going on but then there’s that one group that makes it difficult. Like in other manga for example jjk, Gege will literally tell you what someone does and then people will come up with they own ideas
JJK is nowhere near as bad as One Piece lmao and the cursed energy power system is thoroughly explained in detail and not vague. Haki as a power system is trash 🗑
@@DmizzMOBthat's why manga is confusing because it's mostly pictures that could mean anything. Anime may have alot of filler but it gives then opportunity to fill in the blanks that is confusing in the manga
Here is how I understand it; Conquer haki is the will of the user (their mental belief infused with regular haki). Ryuo is more of a resonances' skill (if you are familiar with that) where the user get to match the frequency of an object to be able to pass through it. By doing that, the user gets to insert small part of energy to destroy the resonates! It's huge because you only need to find the right resonance to make it work. Hence, it's the best way to destroy anything with minimal cost.
6:59 i love when people selectively choose what characters are saying according to their agenda, according to them kaido's top 5 doesn't include some characters so they are not top dogs, but the same kaido talks about most important power in new world and someone who have actually seen roger fight with it i.e haki, is now he is meathead..
@@BragoDAcehe means bda says kaido dont know wtf hes talking about when saying haki controls the world, that stronger haki means stronger character, when its confirmed roger only had haki, garp only has haki so ob and so forth. the agenda is saying that haki is not that important, because it is, just like his top 5
@@ΚρανίΩ ever since Haki got introduced and given levels, people think it’s the end all be all. “Ohh but shanks and Roger uwu” WB can break the world, almost nothing can protect u from Akainu, Kizaru moves at light speed, and Luffy is LITERALLY a God. Haki is important but if it’s a 10/10, devil fruits are like a 8 or 9. But to y’all anybody not on the ACoC meta is automatically weak Y’all talk about agenda while doing EXACTLY that
@@ΚρανίΩno that’s not what Kaido said. Kaido made a correlation between Roger and Haki and said well Roger became the king whilst being a haki only user, so that means you can’t conquer the world with just an ability. But that’s not why Roger conquered the world, it’s but a mere part of it.
@@DripDSaucepretty sure haki does the trick against akainu otherwise shanks sword would have melted from blocking him, kizaru is fast but the top characters in the verse are fast enough to react to and fight him some are probably faster than him. Fruits of course play a huge part and aren't weak either but even the most busted fruits can be negated by haki. Look at how Law bypassed Doc Qs fruit, another instance is how law can't move people with haki stronger than his in his room.
Without haki, humans Without fruit powers would be unless. Unique abilities would be the only difference in Devil fruit powers. Haki really is good for the anime. It helps with leveling, and it keeps the people with fruit power from being overpowered.
i think garp's galaxy impact is acoc infused while coby's honesty impact is probably just a regular armament haki punch, but that armament haki punch is strong hence why we see small lightning streaks around it, or it's just ryuo
I always assumed anytime luffy was pushed to his absolute limits like against along, crocodile, lucci, and moria that he was using an unconscious version of haki (probably conquers) that they didn't expect. Basically in any of those scenes where luffy's eyes would change. Kinda like in bleach when Uquilora said ichigo's sp would fluctuate and at its peak surpassed his own.
I was confused too but imo ryo or the ones sentomaru, bajrang gun and rayleigh used is advanced armament and the ones rayleigh used to break free of his neck shackles and what luffy used to injure kaido is the more advanced armament and the advance conquerors haki is the one base kaido used against g4 luffy thats why luffy got ktfoed even though doffy with haki cant even injure him with blunt attacks and acoc is the most powerful version of advanced armanent and has bigger aoe than adv armanent since its amped by conquerors haki
Tbh this video kind of proves why the aura effects in One Piece got jacked up in Wano. There was going to be TONS of applications and examples of Haki being thrown about but the audience NEEDS a quick visual shorthand to differentiate. People are arguing flames and lightning. The fact there is an argument to begin with shows there is a problem with the presentation, one that the medium of color can fix.
Haki is a pretty simple and straightforward power system. I think the only people who are confused are those who want a complex power system and make up their own headcanon about the series. Almost 100% of the arguments are based purely on headcanon and theories about what could be the case. Luffy learned conqueror's infusion from someone who used conqueror's haki. He then used it to clash against someone who had conquerors because he would be at an inherent disadvantage if he didn't. A battle between two conqueror's users is a battle of wills. What would be the point in using it if you are fighting someone who doesn't have it? Would you pull out a gun to kill a fly? The only reason you all are confused is because you are anticipating a character using something that they have not been stated to use or even need to use at that moment. A great example is Luffy vs. Kizaru. He doesn't need to use Conqueror's infusion. We the audience and Luffy the protagonist have no idea if Kizaru has conquerors. If we find out he does and begins infusing his attacks with it, we will see Luffy return in kind. Until then, he isn't using it and that is okay. Many of you are also confused because you are conflating the combination of the armament emission and internal destruction techniques with conqueror's infusion. It is quite clear that the point of us seeing the Battleship bags was to show that Garp, Koby, and Aokiji have trained their base physical strength to the extreme. The amount of force they can output with haki is tremendous. They are clearly using a combination of the emission and internal destruction techniques. Koby emitted his haki outwards and completed destroyed the structure of the island hand. Garp's galaxy impact completed destroyed the structure of everything his haki emission touched. It is quite clear once you get rid of the headcanon that somehow every big technique must be accompanied by conqueror's haki from now on. TL'DR stop being dumb. If someone hasn't been stated to have conquerors or hasn't knocked someone out with just their willpower, then we can just say they don't have conqueror's infusion and be done.
I personally think the system is pretty clear, people just get confused easily but I would understand someone who’s not reading the manga or watching the anime could get confused with a system that has been fleshed out through the second half of the story. Haki to me is the best power system feels more realistic that for example cursed energy
9:04 Considering that the ants were made using the bodies and nen of numerous other species, compounded into one being, i think it would actually make sense for Pitou to have Conq, love this line ❤️
The shank's situation is I think best explained by the theory that Shanks initially wanted to give the fruit to Ace. And that he hesitated to save Luffy because if Luffy had died, he could've jsut go search for the fruit again. That explains why he spent so much time in the Goah kingdom since that's were shanks was. And it also explains why he lost an arm. It was either self punishment, or the moment of hesitation hindered his haki output.
Also. Have we seen any non conqueror's haki user use future vision? Because if not, could it be possible that "advanced conqueror" is just enhancing other types of Haki by using them in Tandem? Advanced conqueror would just be ryou+coc , and future vision is observation+coc
He'll fire/green flames = the key to forging a permanent blackblade ... oden roger WB shanks no he'll fire no blackblade. I think oda already gave us all the info about how to forged a permanent blackblade ... zoro's blades/swords is slowly forging into a permanent blackblade everytime hellfire is activated!
This is what ive been saying too, that zoro applying advanced haki or his swordsman spirit on his swords is the first phase of blackening ones swords, also mihawk has two green flames lit on his little ship, forshadowing?
I really hope oda gets asked to explain acoc more in an sbs or something. Now any time someone does a big attack the whole community has to argue over if they were using acoc or not
Idk, I wanna say garp was using adv. Conquerers due to the sheer size and range of the attack and kobi I wanna say was using adv. Arms only because he had to be a little closer, and the damage sort of had like a cascade effect sending the shockwave through/along the giant arm
@@17tgtgy Well yea, but what if we assume conquerers coating acts as an amplifier and adv. arms range doesn't extend THAT far beyond the users body. can it? Cause I figure thats why 3 admirals had to cover the area, for the sake of covering more ground. also i have a question now cause if a blast or shockwave is infused with haki, of any kind, is the resulting explosion also affected like when does the line start and end now that i think about it?
I think Garp was likely using ACOC while Koby COULD’VE been using the same (essentially as Garp’s protégé) but I think it was physical strength and Armament Haki.
After a few rereads i got the headcannon(since oda isnt clear with zoros ashura and koh mode) that it looks like zoros flames is what coating his swordman spirit with his armanent haki look like and doesnt stem from conquerers haki infusion or ACoC as concerquer infusion attacks usually have the "zzt" sound effect and a trail and ACoC attacks are known for not touching both traits isnt shown in the zoro vs lucci panels. Zoro is using what seems to be a different Color of haki, probaly Color of Swordsman haki. Shanks(and Mihawk by default) does something similar with his flaming sword(a confirmed ability from the Volume 4 billion) When garp first uses galaxy impact and when he uses galaxy divide on pizarro you see the zzt sound effect which confirms that it was a Conquerers infusion attack however koby didn't have the zzt sound effect when using honesty impact so he wasnt using a Conquerers infusion attack imo
@@animoments8969yup true theres no way for casual or western one piece fans to know unless they follow a jp one piece tuber had they did they would know the "zzt" and "zap" kanjis are indicative of a Conquerers infusion attack
I thought it was understood by the community that GEAR 5 ALWAYS has on Ryou and Conquerors Coating based on what Kaido stated and how he was able to lose. Therefore he doesn't need to use armament as he's always has a stronger one it's just invisible!
Just cause Kaido said Luffy was using those haki don't mean he was using them freaking every second he's in gear 5 lol. Gear 5 and ryou+acoc are two seperate things both Luffy have to activate intentionally. There's nothing like gear 5 activating automatic haki or someshit
@@rand12389 Then there will never be an indicator visually (other than black lightning which is effy with the community) on whether or not gear 5 is using ryou+acoc since it isn't drawn during the Kaido fight other than bajrang gun. When Luffy first entered Gear 5 his coc Haki was spraying out crazy its safe to assume he's always using it in Gear 5th just like Gear 4th its just invisible.
@@BragoDAce Gear 5 can't automatically activate haki tho. Kaido was pretty much explaining Luffy's fighting style at the moment. Like Luffy been using acoc +ryou before the fight. So why would he stop in gear 5?. He still gotta intentionally use them. The gear 5 part on the road to laughtale databook says nothing about gear 5 activating haki automatically. It was Oda's way of saying " just so u know he is using these haki" cause either the dude forgot to draw the haki in or intentionally didn't do it cause the hardening colours wasn't on Luffy's hands or feet in gear 5 before Kaido mentioned this.
@@BragoDAcewhen luffy was fighting the kizaru clones, his leg is black when he kicks them therefore explaining he still needs to use haki consciously, cause if he didn't then it wouldn't have been shown and he wouldve just hit kizaru without it
When roger hit oden with advanced conq. He never touched odin while doing it.. and luffys whole fight with kaido was him using advanced conq and there was always a space in between the target and the fist. And then you also got the clashes. Luffy is definitely not using advanced conq. Those were physical contacts with armament. Kaido never used conquerors until much later into the arc
Nah, when they hit without touching that isn't only CONQ. Theyre using Adv Armament(Emission) to hit without touching while also infusing their weapons with conq. They can use advanced conq and still make contact, like how Zoro did with King. But using emission is stronger than just using haki and making physical contact. This is shown by Luffy doing more damage to Kaido with emission than with all his attacks where he made contact with him, and when Luffy destroyed that tree with emission despite throwing a weak punch.
But yes, Luffy IS NOT using advanced conq vs Kizaru. When two people clash with armament, lightning will generate. When someone is using conq, the lightning will emit from that body part/weapon, not just the clash area.
Armament haki as a basic is wrapping yourself in haki, like invisible armore. You use the haki as a hardened barrier. Ryu is when you use the haki's spiritual nature. Instead of static armor you push the haki out.
observation haki isn't confusing, it's basically u can predict your opponent's moves and oda doesn't show us when characters use observation haki cuz it's meaningless, basically observation haki is just being able to dodge attacks well, if u can dodge attacks from strong characters than u automatically have observation haki cuz instinct will only get u so far... someone who has observation haki can straight up destroy someone who doesn't have observation haki so... it's quite simple to know who has it and who doesn't... acoc is the most confusing cuz... we know what it should look like when someone is using acoc but... oda doesn't draw the gap of space between the attacks so we don't know when people are using acoc, it's purely oda's fault, black lightning isn't acoc it's just strong haki usage
The best way to get joy the anime/manga is to assume when it comes to the top dogs they all have haki and use it during the fight, it might not be specified during every instant of the fight but it’s there, when luffy was fighting kaido I assume both were using future sight, since both were moving at such high speed 😅 although it was only specified during one moment for both kaido and luffy. It would be tedious to draw out every single time they use it, with katakuri I think it was highlighted because it was the first time we saw such ability in the story so it had to be the main highlight.
I feel like you shouldn't be able to combine the two. You can either use Armament or you can use Conquerors, but both is overkill especially if the person you're fighting only has Armament. Oda also should have saved black lightning purely for when Conquerors is being used but instead the power system is a clusterfuck.
I think I found an explanation for acoc that makes a bit of sence to me . What if Advanced armament Haki and acoc have the same apllication explained to us by Hiyogoro. Basically the same way you use armament haki and its advanced applications is the same way you use Acoc. For example, you can use armament Haki to increase your offensive and defensive capabilities, so you could use acoc the same way while making contact. In the anime when luffy first uses acoc Hiyogoro explains the flow required to use ryuo so this would mean acoc can be applied as a couted attack to buff your offence and defence also emitted to do internal damage and also block without making contact or attack without making contact. Besically im saying the same way you use armament haki is the same way you use acock which would make sence. When luffy was in gear 5 he was emitting acoc and ryuo even tho he was making physical contact with Kaido, but when kaido made himself a flaming dragon Luffy chose to not make direct contact with him by emitting his haki outwards meaning the application for ryuo and acoc are the same the difference being the black lightning for acoc and it bieng more powerful. That makes things alot less confusing. The only problem now is the black lightning.
The detail is that Luffy in "G5" is not constantly using advanced haki. The Nika mode (white mode is typical of the fruit and not of "haki"). And the tests are: 1.- Kaido's attack that sent him to the sky, there Luffy did cover himself with "armament" haki. 2.- Kaido's cutting attacks hurt Luffy G5, when previously Luffy in his base state was able to repel and defend himself with haki. Additionally, the easy way to detect Conqueror's Haki (black ray) is by "overflowing" from the weapon or fist. But that doesn't mean that he is using the advanced form (similar to "Ryou"). The only way we can know if the 2 advanced hakis are being used is when that transparent ball of energy is generated (Bigmom vs Page One, Luffy Base vs Kaido) or when both are not touching (Kaido vs Luffy Base) So basically Luffy didn't use "conqueror" haki in his fight with Kizaru.
Here is my understanding we have observation - > adv observation (future sight) armament - > adv armament 1(ryuo)-> adv armament 2(no touch ryuo) conqueror's what luffy and zoro did was just replaced normal haki with conqueror's haki while using same armament attacks.
Yonko vs Admirals is a forced thing. Yonko split the sky because they are on another level. Seriously consider how much it takes to scar a Yonko. If a Yonko is not that far from Admiral, all those Marine forces being summoned for Whitebeard makes no sense.
Oda portrays them as being relative so how’s it forced? “Splitting the skies” all it is is just 2 acoc attacking each other something the admirals can do if the have acoc. Lastly all 3 og admirals individually was stronger than wb at that point
I think ryuo is when you dont touch and using it with acoc makes it much much stronger and acoc by itself doesnt contribute to the no contact thing unless used by applying ryuo, thats my head canon for now.
I think the anime dose a better job at displaying haki , and i think that the purest and most refined form of A COC is all red sparks, which WH Beard and Roger made . Luffy still uses both armament and COC combined, and kaido also pointed it out
Look at the people that taught Luffy haki. Rayleigh and grandpa Hyogoro. To every individual it's unique. Grandpa Hyo said I can't teach you that cos it's a level I've never seen before. Oden was send flying by Roger and asked what was that, he witnessed Beard and Roger clash, Yamato saw the same thing with Luffy and Kaido, there's levels to it. Now we will see Mihawk & Shanks level, then Ryuma & Joyboy level, then Zoro & Luffy once they become the greatest ever haki users, Oda left room for new heights to be achieved 😅
My 2 main reasons haki is so confusing 1. Not fully realized pre time skip 2. 2 new types were revealed in the same arc 1. I dont think oda had fully realized haki until post time skip. Once he introduced logia devil fruits he must have had ideas of how to counter them but the concept of haki may become concrete in his eyes hundreds of chapters into the story. Basically part of the confusion to haki may be that oda didnt weave haki into the story before he began like he did with devil fruits but created it during the writing process to combat the powerful devil fruits 2. Acoc was introduced so soon after ryou. I remember just wraping my head around ryou and then acoc came in and basically made ryou pointless. Or it made the two indistinguishable. The anime is so wild now its hard to tell if attacks r dramtic or the characters r using advanced forma of haki. I loved the concept of ryou. Most of the island the straw hats visit have a techniloggy or facet of haki they have passed on and use to defend themselves. The different islands once fought together in the void century but thats another topic. Wano had there own version of haki, ryou. Its very powerful and largely part of the reason the marines feared them and left them alone. I believe they were sort of a top commander army to joy boy but once again another time. Ryou unlike acoc is a skill technically anyone can develop, which is why i like it. Its similar to a martial art and adds the human element to fights unlike op devil fruits. Acoc, is more like having perfect pitch. Only a handful of people have perfect pitch or coc, and even less have acoc. Normally oda spaces out powerups and gives the audience and characters time to learn and understand them. Acoc was so soon after ryou and seemed to do achieve the same thing-hurt yonko level characters
This is a theory I just thought of. Perhaps the whisps are an indication of zoro becoming closer to mastering a black blade(s). Mihawk has a similar green aura to him as well right? Maybe oda will explain the whisps in an sbs, but perhaps not lol.
For me i feel like Oda would’ve made it a point to mention to the reader that Koby used acoc for the first time. Like how he had Kaido mention it to zoro. Oda for sure would have some mechanism of telling the reader if it was being used or not. As for Zoro, no clue mate
Chad Ryo/Advanced armament Haki allows you to punch people from the inside without touching them thus ignoring the outside protection like skin or armor (you can add conquerors to your advanced armament haki to deal even more damage to the insides), unlike regular non chad armament haki which just allows you to punch people just not from the inside, just punch like you would usually punch. That part is easy and not complicated at all. Only complicated part is that it's hard to visually distinguish which armamant Haki certain character is using bc Oda be putting lightning on everything these days
@@BragoDAce oda has BEEN used black lightning for haki. Since post timeskip started. But not EVERYTIME time haki is used, but when it's used to achieve a certain level of attack power. The first time Oda used ACoC, he didn't use lightning to symbolize it. In the first showing via Roger vs Whitebeard, what symbolized it was like a trail of thick haki leaking off of their weapons as they pulled back for the swing. You can see it again the first time Kaido used Ragnaroku. When luffy first used ACoC. When luffy and kaido go in for their first ACoC clash. When kaido cocked back to oneshot kinemon in front of momo's eyes. When luffy and kaido are boutta split the sky. In MOST cases, it is symbolized by a TRAIL of haki leaking off of the weapon/fist/foot. Zoro's case is different. We know Zoro entering King of Hell form is ACoC related*. Because although it is ACoC, it's not at the same time. In my headcanon, Zoro is continually exerting the max level of haki flow he can muster up. With him having Conquerors haki, I think him flowing as much haki as he can, as hard as he can, causes his Conquerors Haki to mix in with his haki flow. I don't think he's just CONSCIOUSLY turning on ACoC
I feel good that people have started to realise how terrible Oda has been with the haki power system. Also the statement that haki > Devio fruit, when clearly whitebeard's or Kizaru's fruit or Fujitora's fruit or Law's fruit give them insane power ups that can easily overpower strongest haki users. Example is Magellan, he would destroy half of the Yonko commanders just by his devil fruit alone. I don't see Queen/Cracker/Jack/Doflamingo/Boa Hancock surviving a minute against Magellan's poison.
So if all one piece so far has been inverted from other arcs, after sabaody (comparision ti egg head) we went to amazon lily where they knew how to use haki, what comes next is elbaf and maybe where we learn a bit more about coc haki?
Oda could definitely make this all less confusing but man people’s agendas certainly don’t help either. I get it though, the vagueness surrounding how Oda uses/portrays Haki means it’s not hard to argue whatever agenda someone believes/wants.
Haki is my favorite power system tbh Cuz honestly I think Oda leaves it open for interpretation but it's based on the characters and their personalities. Makes sense to me that Luffy on drugs (gear 5) uses less obs haki so he'd actually get hit more often Or that Kaido would be defeated when Luffy tells him the world he wants to make cuz it's what Kaido has been waiting for (Joyboy) And that Sanji's haki is weak to women.
There was a video on haki that i would have liked you to react to. The haki system did make more sense there (not to say that it was completely consistent, but it was nearly so)
Guys need to stop complaining, Haki was brought in to give balance to the power system because the devil fruit power system was completely unbalanced, mostly the fault lies with the Logia type with their Elemental intangibility bonus, if you didn't have their Elemental counter such as water to the sand sand fruit or rubber to the rumble Rumble fruit you'd be completely hosed, making Logia's completely overpowered, hence why haki was finally created to balance that problem out and not just for Logias but certain paramecia to, via Magellan's venom venom fruit and Mr. 1's dice dice fruit.
Bro the thing is Armament haki also emits lightning ⚡ effect but it's thin lightning Conquerors coating haki also emits lightning ⚡ but it's thick lightning But here's where the confusion starts with Zoro His swords have thin lightning effects yet it's conquerors coating haki that's where everyone starts getting confused & immediately thinks any lightning effect= conquerors coating haki which is wrong because zoro's the only character who's shown that not everyone else Every other character who's shown thin lightning effects are using armament haki The most confusing panel of them all is garp vs aokiji there's no standard lightning surrounding their fists but their clash resulted in the thick lightning effect which indicates the use of conquerors coating haki hence the debate but I sincerely think it's garp exclusive thing not aokiji so there's that Now in the yonko vs admiral debate the problem is admirals haven't shown advanced conquerors coating haki yet which means Yonkos have stronger haki & admirals have no counter to it tbh but if you think awakening can match that then remember that the introduction of conquerors coating haki literally said in the manga by kaido was that it can be done by only handful of powerful individuals which means it cannot be countered without it so in order to match ADV coc user you need adv coc without it you would be weaker but let's see what oda decides
Garp did not use conqueror's haki. How to detect the conqueror's haki: 1.- The conqueror's haki (black lightning) is shown "overflowing" from the weapon or fist. (Kaido Kanabo) 2.- When that "ball of energy" is created (Bigmom vs Page One, Luffy), or when both are not touching (Kaido vs Luffy).
As far as Haki goes, it's like any powersystem where power levels are a factor. Law's devil fruit wasn't always able to cut through Vergo, but he did once he leveled up. Same in reverse. Akainu is too powerful for even some Haki users to injure. Same with Kizaru. Kizaru hasn't even awakened yet by the way.
Haki by itself is simple, the problem is that Advanced Conqueror's Haki is an absurdly powerful skill that was introduced as something super important and at the same time if a character doesn't tell us to our face that someone is using it we can't be sure, the which makes every fight a nightmare to analyze. Imagine if we had no way of knowing, for example, whether or not Goku is using Kaioken, or whether or not Naruto is using the Nine-Tails Chakra and we had to keep guessing.
if I had to guess I would say coby has conq - based on his character and what we think should happen eventually. it makes sense, I don't think he knows how to utilize it but he has it.
10:04 a lil bit? if luffy fought a fully energized kaido all of kaidos attacks would feel like that destroyer of death thunder bagua 😂 luffy being rubber saved him
The whole issue with the green flames thing is that people are ignoring the purple flames that have been stemming from Enma all throughout wano. The moment Zoro gained full control of Enma and let his haki fully release the flames turned green. Zoro then applied that same level of haki to his other swords, giving them green flames as well. Truth of the matter is this, black lightning so far has been consistently used to show Acoc. We see it with Rayleigh, Shanks, Luffy, Kaido, White beard, Roger, etc. Not once has green fire been used ti symbolize Acoc. The issue isn’t rather or not Zoro is using Acoc. The issue is that people are trying to claim that the green fire is Acoc when there’s no proof of it being so at all. The tiny spec of black lightning coming from Enma (and only Enma) is a different story, but I don’t see how that is proof of conquers infusion when Luffy kicking Kizaru and having black lightning everywhere isn’t?
Haki is not complicating is just the fans who makes it that way. The story is still progressing so there is more to kearn. Matter the fact this the most real world like powersystem yet
@@BigCyanin the real world power there are multiple power systems money, status, firepower, fighting capability all these things can determine how much power you have and it’s similar in the onepiece world but still nowhere near the same.
I dont know Zoro had advance conquerors?? I’ve never seen him hit someone where it didn’t make contact like when Luffy hit Kaido or Roger vs whitebeard
It's clear Oda is making shit up as he goes. Haki is very inconsistent because if Oda would stick to the established rules about haki the fights wouldn't be entertaining anymore. So we just have say f*ck it and enjoy the fights.
Based on my understanding, ryuo is advance conqueror. Normal haki is used when using armament and observation. Ryuo is using armament with conquerors. Thats why luffy was having a hard time training in udon because he is using regular haki. Luffy manage to perfect ryuo when he met kaido again. Thats why he said kaido was using conquerors and this the other way to use it. Just like conquerors, you dont need to have physical contact to defeat enemies. So if you use that unique haki for armament instead of normal one, you get the effect of the move hitting enemies even though you’re not making contact. In layman terms, normal haki used in armament is like a glove. But coc used in armament is like a wave.
nope actually ryou is advanced armament haki, the samarai dont have advanced conqurers so they wouldnt have a name for it. The only people who can have use advance conqures in the first place are people who already have conqurers haki.Advance conqurers is rare though right now not counting BM and Kaido or anyone dead we've only seen 4 people use it . All the akazaya seemed seemed to have ryou though. while ryou can get through kaidos skin and cause a little damage, it cant cause significant damage Luffy mastered ryou(advance armament) but kept saying it was too shallow because in order to cause SIGNIFICANT damage you need more than just ryou. You need advance conqurers haki, Thats when luffy started keeping up with kaido
“Ryou” is flowing your armament Haki outside of your body…..that was explained in the series. Luffy figures out ACoC because he gets hit by Kaido a few times and realizes, “oh shit, he’s basically doing the same thing but with his Conquerors Haki” The confusion comes in with that because Haki in Wano *in general* is called “Ryou”, but I’d sum that up to it being a land of sword users….so they kinda have to flow their armament out of their bodies by default, into their weapons
Garp used it (maybe? Because the chapter before galaxy impact we saw shanks used kamusari and when he used it people passed out but when garp used it no one passed out) Ether way ckoby didn't used it and i bleave zoro used it
Haki is great on a thematic level, but it's so painfully clear that Oda didn't intend to have Haki as a secondary power system at the beginning of the story and consequently it's not as well planned as systems like Nen or Cursed Energy.
I don't think that's true because from the very beginning shanks used conquerors haki against the sea monster that ate his arm, so ofc oda must have planned it from the start.
I don't know but knowing koby could use it ,it would be overpower if kizaru uses an advance conquerors haki too,but based on marineford I dont think most of the marines could have used conquerors haki, they are solely using advance armament haki, except for garp and senguki
powr system of OP is bullshit. after 100s of episdoe he came up with haki to explain why certain people are stronger then others. I just hope that Imu and gorosei still have cool and creative paramecia/logia like powers. but they look like typical boring zoan with just haki. holy knights probably only boring haki user too... if I wanted that I could keep watching dragon ball... why should I watch OP now? I hope oda gets the situation under control before this haki situation get out of hand...
And that's ultimately the problem with OP's power system. Haki wasn't planned initially, so Oda had to rework the story around it, which always leads to disaster. He wrote himself into a knot, and thought Haki would solve it. But it only led to inconsistencies.
Acoc is used as an enhancer to all forms of armament haki. Kaido uses it in conjunction with his base armament haki which is why he always makes contact with his target. Luffy uses it to enhance his advanced armament/ryuo, which is why he doesn’t make contact with his target. If two people are using acoc in any way then they will cause a clashless clash
@@Par-Blindspot that's why i don't read manga. I'll wait until it's fleshed out in the anime. Manga is vague on purpose sometimes too spark debates like this
@@BigCyan Luffy’s not making contact cuz he’s using ryuo as well and on top of that, Kaido is using acoc so, it was gonna make a clashless clash regardless. If acoc alone makes a clashless clash then why does Kaido always make contact with his target? Zoro was making contact with King when he was using acoc, Yamato was making contact with Kaido whenever she landed a hit. Yamato and Kaido only never made contact when they were clashing while both using acoc, Luffy specifically learned ryuo to internally hit Kaido and ryuo is specifically stated to not make contact. The only person we consistently see not make contact with their UNGUARDED target is Luffy cuz he’s stacking it with ryuo. Every other clashless clash is only seen by two people who have acoc which still goes along with what I said. But tell me how you can make contact if your version of acoc always makes clashless clashes?
@@Par-Blindspot so I guess you think acoc and ryuo do the same thing except one is just stronger. Oda went through the trouble of making dozens of chapters to show Luffy learning ryuo just to make a stronger version a few chapters later and to completely throw ryuo out the window yeah? That makes sense to you lol?
I'm pretty sure that the black lightning effect indicates that someone is exerting high amount of Haki. Even Jimbei has been shown to have punches with black lightning effects, so I guess "Adv Conqueror's Haki Jimbei" agenda on the rise?🤣🤣 In the One Piece world, every user of Conqueror's Haki has a distinct color associated with their aura, and if they're emitting an aura of that specific color, it usually means they're using Advanced Conqueror's Haki.
I thought ACoC is using your CoC in your attacks, so you damage not just your opponents physical body but also their will. Like Shanks kamusari, his CoC is so strong that Kidd was rendered dying from physical damage from the sword slash and will damage from CoC. Whereas ACoA is just physical damage but penetrating defensive capabilities.

Oda has made it very unclear whether the black lightning is used for armament or Conquerors, cuz it appears in both scenarios even on users that we know for certain do not have acoc
the most consistent way to tell apart acoc from armament attacks is that acoc attacks usually have a separate kanji
Bruh the thickness of the lightning also matters if it's thin lightning then it's armament haki if it's thick lightning it's conquerors coating haki

@@DripDSaucepretty sure haki does the trick against akainu otherwise shanks sword would have melted from blocking him, kizaru is fast but the top characters in the verse are fast enough to react to and fight him some are probably faster than him.

Zoro is using what seems to be a different Color of haki, probaly Color of Swordsman haki. Shanks(and Mihawk by default) does something similar with his flaming sword(a confirmed ability from the Volume 4 billion)

Haki is exactly like a fart, it can be silent and useless, silent and deadly, noisy but useless, noisy and deadly and the final form is a shart.
Best example ever 😂
you deserve a Nobel prize.
observation haki isn't confusing, it's basically u can predict your opponent's moves and oda doesn't show us when characters use observation haki cuz it's meaningless, basically observation haki is just being able to dodge attacks well, if u can dodge attacks from strong characters than u automatically have observation haki cuz instinct will only get u so far... someone who has observation haki can straight up destroy someone who doesn't have observation haki so... it's quite simple to know who has it and who doesn't... acoc is the most confusing cuz... we know what it should look like when someone is using acoc but... oda doesn't draw the gap of space between the attacks so we don't know when people are using acoc, it's purely oda's fault, black lightning isn't acoc it's just strong haki usage
Bragos second A.I. video
This might be Bragos most unhinged video , the humor is off the rails and I love it 😂😂😂😂
I think I found an explanation for acoc that makes a bit of sence to me .
And the tests are:
1.- Kaido's attack that sent him to the sky, there Luffy did cover himself with "armament" haki.
The only way we can know if the 2 advanced hakis are being used is when that transparent ball of energy is generated (Bigmom vs Page One, Luffy Base vs Kaido) or when both are not touching (Kaido vs Luffy Base)
So basically Luffy didn't use "conqueror" haki in his fight with Kizaru.
Here is my understanding
we have
observation - > adv observation (future sight)
armament - > adv armament 1(ryuo)-> adv armament 2(no touch ryuo)
conqueror's
what luffy and zoro did was just replaced normal haki with conqueror's haki while using same armament attacks.
@@ELI-521 Will a Zoro and Yamato clash make a splitting sky?
“Like a honey pack”
And I felt that
THIS ME AND MY FRIENDS DISCUSSING WHAT WE THINKING ADVANCE HAKI VS CONQUERORS IS
I think ryuo is when you dont touch and using it with acoc makes it much much stronger and acoc by itself doesnt contribute to the no contact thing unless used by applying ryuo, thats my head canon for now.
My 2 main reasons haki is so confusing
1. Not fully realized pre time skip
2. 2 new types were revealed in the same arc
1. I dont think oda had fully realized haki until post time skip. Once he introduced logia devil fruits he must have had ideas of how to counter them but the concept of haki may become concrete in his eyes hundreds of chapters into the story. Basically part of the confusion to haki may be that oda didnt weave haki into the story before he began like he did with devil fruits but created it during the writing process to combat the powerful devil fruits
Brago was spazzing with the bars this video 🔥
AI literally sounds like I'm listening to a robot
NGL nen is pretty much have ability of haki and devil fruit without the downside
Preach. Nen forever goated and #1
Chad Ryo/Advanced armament Haki allows you to punch people from the inside without touching them thus ignoring the outside protection like skin or armor (you can add conquerors to your advanced armament haki to deal even more damage to the insides), unlike regular non chad armament haki which just allows you to punch people just not from the inside, just punch like you would usually punch. That part is easy and not complicated at all.
Only complicated part is that it's hard to visually distinguish which armamant Haki certain character is using bc Oda be putting lightning on everything these days
No you do touch them. You just use haki to transfer the damage through the skin
Zoro stan talking about how Zoro has advanced haki with no proof
Where do you watch the live reactions on Sunday? In this page?
When did black lightning become the symbol of ACoC?
Black lightning has always been used for armament haki since near the beginning of post timeskip
When Oda literally used lightning for it 😵💫
@@BragoDAce oda has BEEN used black lightning for haki.
Garp and coby were using acoc. The black lightning could be seen coming out of their punches and the stuff they are hitting
Koby was using Ryuo emission garp has the zzt sound effect whilst koby doesn’t
This is my favorite Brago.
Akainu's attack😂 done more demage then Acoc
That's because Akainu has one of the highest offensive powers in the verse with his magma logia according to his vivre card
One haki affects the brain and willpower and the other is the physical effects lol yall overthinking
i knew the moment haki came out this gon go into dragon ball z naruto breaking world building territories, and none of ya'll believed me
I feel good that people have started to realise how terrible Oda has been with the haki power system.
Chakra.
Reiatsu.
Ki.
Spirit Energy.
I respect no other systems because there are no other respectable ones 😂
Oda could definitely make this all less confusing but man people’s agendas certainly don’t help either. I get it though, the vagueness surrounding how Oda uses/portrays Haki means it’s not hard to argue whatever agenda someone believes/wants.
Haki is my favorite power system tbh
Cuz honestly I think Oda leaves it open for interpretation but it's based on the characters and their personalities. Makes sense to me that Luffy on drugs (gear 5) uses less obs haki so he'd actually get hit more often
Or that Kaido would be defeated when Luffy tells him the world he wants to make cuz it's what Kaido has been waiting for (Joyboy)
And that Sanji's haki is weak to women.
There was a video on haki that i would have liked you to react to. The haki system did make more sense there (not to say that it was completely consistent, but it was nearly so)
which video?
Guys need to stop complaining, Haki was brought in to give balance to the power system because the devil fruit power system was completely unbalanced, mostly the fault lies with the Logia type with their Elemental intangibility bonus, if you didn't have their Elemental counter such as water to the sand sand fruit or rubber to the rumble Rumble fruit you'd be completely hosed, making Logia's completely overpowered, hence why haki was finally created to balance that problem out and not just for Logias but certain paramecia to, via Magellan's venom venom fruit and Mr. 1's dice dice fruit.
Bro the thing is
Armament haki also emits lightning ⚡ effect but it's thin lightning
Conquerors coating haki also emits lightning ⚡ but it's thick lightning
But here's where the confusion starts with Zoro
His swords have thin lightning effects yet it's conquerors coating haki that's where everyone starts getting confused & immediately thinks any lightning effect= conquerors coating haki which is wrong because zoro's the only character who's shown that not everyone else
Every other character who's shown thin lightning effects are using armament haki
The most confusing panel of them all is garp vs aokiji there's no standard lightning surrounding their fists but their clash resulted in the thick lightning effect which indicates the use of conquerors coating haki hence the debate but I sincerely think it's garp exclusive thing not aokiji so there's that
Now in the yonko vs admiral debate the problem is admirals haven't shown advanced conquerors coating haki yet which means
Yonkos have stronger haki & admirals have no counter to it tbh but if you think awakening can match that then remember that the introduction of conquerors coating haki literally said in the manga by kaido was that it can be done by only handful of powerful individuals which means it cannot be countered without it so in order to match ADV coc user you need adv coc without it you would be weaker but let's see what oda decides
Garp did not use conqueror's haki.
How to detect the conqueror's haki:
1.- The conqueror's haki (black lightning) is shown "overflowing" from the weapon or fist. (Kaido Kanabo)
2.- When that "ball of energy" is created (Bigmom vs Page One, Luffy), or when both are not touching (Kaido vs Luffy).
I gave up when Nami had Conq. Haki for that single panel. After that Idk who really does anymore.
Both koby and garp used acoc
Haki by itself is simple, the problem is that Advanced Conqueror's Haki is an absurdly powerful skill that was introduced as something super important and at the same time if a character doesn't tell us to our face that someone is using it we can't be sure, the which makes every fight a nightmare to analyze.
Imagine if we had no way of knowing, for example, whether or not Goku is using Kaioken, or whether or not Naruto is using the Nine-Tails Chakra and we had to keep guessing.
I know right this is the same for futer sight we dont know unless they tell us
if I had to guess I would say coby has conq - based on his character and what we think should happen eventually. it makes sense, I don't think he knows how to utilize it but he has it.
Why does sea prism keep a person from using haki? We kno why DFs can’t be used, But why no haki?
That’s why you gotta wait for the anime to confirm what it is
ever since the anime got incredible animation its been exagerating some things to make it entertaining
Moria not having haki anymore makes sense. Its based on will power, which is nonexistent with him at thriller bark
yeah just like big mom not using it while fighting law and kidd
Matter the fact this the most real world like powersystem yet
the problem with it is that its not alays cllear when ppeople are using it
No its not bro stop coping. A powers system that people gave to be born with a top power is not a real world power system
@@BigCyanin the real world power there are multiple power systems money, status, firepower, fighting capability all these things can determine how much power you have and it’s similar in the onepiece world but still nowhere near the same.
What about shanks remote haki lighting
I dont know Zoro had advance conquerors?? I’ve never seen him hit someone where it didn’t make contact like when Luffy hit Kaido or Roger vs whitebeard
That ike turner joke was gold 😂
All the akazaya seemed seemed to have ryou though.
while ryou can get through kaidos skin and cause a little damage, it cant cause significant damage
Luffy mastered ryou(advance armament) but kept saying it was too shallow because in order to cause SIGNIFICANT damage you need more than just ryou. You need advance conqurers haki, Thats when luffy started keeping up with kaido
“Ryou” is flowing your armament Haki outside of your body…..that was explained in the series.
Luffy figures out ACoC because he gets hit by Kaido a few times and realizes, “oh shit, he’s basically doing the same thing but with his Conquerors Haki”
The confusion comes in with that because Haki in Wano *in general* is called “Ryou”, but I’d sum that up to it being a land of sword users….so they kinda have to flow their armament out of their bodies by default, into their weapons
@@Kurotama11 great explanation dude it makes it simple
That thumbnail is hilarious
Garp used it (maybe? Because the chapter before galaxy impact we saw shanks used kamusari and when he used it people passed out but when garp used it no one passed out)
Ether way ckoby didn't used it and i bleave zoro used it
Haki is great on a thematic level, but it's so painfully clear that Oda didn't intend to have Haki as a secondary power system at the beginning of the story and consequently it's not as well planned as systems like Nen or Cursed Energy.
I don't think that's true because from the very beginning shanks used conquerors haki against the sea monster that ate his arm, so ofc oda must have planned it from the start.
Wano haki is an advanced form of regular haki which can be learned with proper training.hopefully there is a stronger form of this too
I don't know but knowing koby could use it ,it would be overpower if kizaru uses an advance conquerors haki too,but based on marineford I dont think most of the marines could have used conquerors haki, they are solely using advance armament haki, except for garp and senguki
Yes its called rayleigh and luffys acoc which penetrates the body inside
powr system of OP is bullshit. after 100s of episdoe he came up with haki to explain why certain people are stronger then others. I just hope that Imu and gorosei still have cool and creative paramecia/logia like powers. but they look like typical boring zoan with just haki. holy knights probably only boring haki user too... if I wanted that I could keep watching dragon ball... why should I watch OP now? I hope oda gets the situation under control before this haki situation get out of hand...
And that's ultimately the problem with OP's power system. Haki wasn't planned initially, so Oda had to rework the story around it, which always leads to disaster. He wrote himself into a knot, and thought Haki would solve it. But it only led to inconsistencies.
Zoro obv has ACOC cuz he has the green aura around his swords
Acoc is used as an enhancer to all forms of armament haki. Kaido uses it in conjunction with his base armament haki which is why he always makes contact with his target. Luffy uses it to enhance his advanced armament/ryuo, which is why he doesn’t make contact with his target. If two people are using acoc in any way then they will cause a clashless clash
What are you talking about luffy does make contact with his opponent and that'd not how haki works.
@@FMF6A luffy still has to make contact to hurt kaido. It just goes through his skin to hurt him internally
"its like a supplement A honey pack" LOL
I'm pretty sure that the black lightning effect indicates that someone is exerting high amount of Haki. Even Jimbei has been shown to have punches with black lightning effects, so I guess "Adv Conqueror's Haki Jimbei" agenda on the rise?🤣🤣
In the One Piece world, every user of Conqueror's Haki has a distinct color associated with their aura, and if they're emitting an aura of that specific color, it usually means they're using Advanced Conqueror's Haki.
@@Par-Blindspot You can educate yourself about this by just one quick Google search.
