I e never grown garlic. 🧄 how do you know when to harvest when it’s a bulb plant? 🌱 I don’t have a garden this year again. I used to garden a lot but we moved into this new house and I’m still waiting of emu husband to help me. You’re making me itch to get out there and just make the garden myself. Good luck with your garlic. 💕
Me either! This is my first year. I've researched it and you wait until the bottom 3 leaves have turned brown. Girl ... if we wait on our husbands, we'll never get anything done haha. My Sunshine is the biggest procrastinator and his famous words are "we'll do it later" lol. So, I just went out there and did it myself a little at a time. It's taken me 3 years to get it to this point and I still have a lot more work to go. Just do it girl! Start small and do one thing at a time until you get it where you want it. You can also get what's called a "fire ring" from your local hardware store for around $60 if you want to do raised beds. tfw!
Your garlic is really nice and growing so well. I love the stuff and cook with it constantly!🧄
Thanks! I LOVE garlic and use it every day so I'm trying to learn how to grow it and hopefully, can eventually grow a year's supply in my garden.
