Just started watching these reviews recently (mostly thanks to Tabletop SImulator and looking for new board game mods and expansions to go looking for to use with it) and they're great! Keep up the awesome work, Matt!
You're going to love it. Everyone is playing as a team and it really gets them pumped when they realize you all have the same goal. GREAT game. You won't regret it.
I just got this game for Christmas and remembered seeing your review on TH-cam. Decided I had better go back and watch it. I'm really not sure if I will like it though. I have played coop games in the past and not really liked them because it never felt like each player was making their own decisions, it felt like the hive mind was making decisions and I didn't really care for that. Any advice or input?
best coop game I've ever played! you'll lose a lot at first but as you and your group play it, you'll get better at it and find ways to win. it's like working with people to sickle a puzzle. when it's over you I feel like you accomplished something. similar to online shooter games where you play as a team it really becomes fun once you get a handle of the controls. I hope you enjoy it!
Hey Matt, how does your specific house rule work with eradicating the cures before the players deck runs out? ~ The game seems more complete with seeing nothing left on the board - Thanks
Excellent review! So I am looking to buy this game but I've noticed your board looks different than another board that I've seen (not Legacy). Is there anything that I need to be on the lookout for to be compatible with all Expansions? On the note of Legacy, I don't think I saw a review from you so I was curious, about Season 1 & 2. If I just wanted to play Pandemic (or with Expansions), can I do that with the Legacy boards or do you need Base Pandemic for that? Also, once you finish Season 1 or 2, are you able to replay the Season or does it require purchasing all the stickers and things again? Thanks!!! Keep up the amazing work
Hey Brian! The Legacy games are independent from the main game and from what I hear, are not replaceable by the time you finish the entire story. Which does take several games to complete. But I haven't played it, just what I've heard. There are two versions of the base game I believe I have the newest one. I review the base game and the 3 expansions to the base game though there are several spin-off games that are independent and on their own. I haven't played those just the base game

Good question! We haven't had the deck run out on us yet so I'm not sure how we would approach that! : )
