You know what's one of the things I absolutely love about Matt? His burning obsession with determining whether a game uses the royalty-free pot smashing sound effect or not. I find it really charming and, after years of hearing him be on the lookout for it, I've started it doing it, too.
I feel like the performance improvements may kill one of the most unintentionally badass moments in the game. Where late game Ryu fights like 30 guys while ascending a staircase. Which totally killed the frame rate in the best way imaginable.
we need a ninja gaiden legacy collection that has every version of every game. Sigma and not Sigma, regular 3 and Razor's Edge, hell even Dragon Sword but not forcing you to use bad touch screen controls. Even include Yaiba if you want

In my opinion, Ninja Gaiden 2 is great until about 3/4 through the game, then it just seems to drag on too long. There is a sequence right before a boss fight where you have to fight some opponents on a flight of stairs. If the game ended there (flight of stairs, then boss fight), I would think more highly of the game. Instead, the environments get a little more drab/weird, you have to re-fight a bunch of bosses you already fought, and the final bosses are not that interesting. But like I said, that is my opinion. Also, screw enemies that throw exploding shurikens. Screw them all!
Lol I actually enjoy the whole game agree to disagree but when you had gave lisbeth again and genshin like threee times it was insane. Also that giant flaming turtle screwed me up the first time but then you have to fight two at once?!?? HAHAHAH I just started laughing at how stupidly hard it gets, the gigs works rapes me and that tunnel worm literally gave me the x number of deaths achievement I could only beat it by luck. The game being so long motivated me to replay it every 6 months and I found that fun.
Even though Xbox one has few exclusives I still prefer those few over PS4's many exclusives. The only two I really enjoyed on the PS4 were Bloodborne and Persona 5. (Neither of which is 1st party) The rest were great but not anything too special in my opinion.

Ok maybe I'm weird, but I really don't like the Ninja Gaiden PS3/Xbox 360 generation games. I always felt, having played through 1 and 2, that their difficulty is really unfair and more obnoxious than fun, especially compared to games like DMC, Bayonetta and Dark Souls. This is mainly coz of issues like the camera being a bit shit and way too many enemies having annoyingly fast grab attacks.

Eh, the gore is definitely better than in Sigma 2, but the difficulty is so imbalanced and blatantly unfair especially on Mentor and above.

Why do people think that Dark Souls is fair? It's got the most busted hit boxes of any game I've played. And I've played Sonic 06.
