There's so much wrong with this lol The ending is so abrupt we dont even get a final cutscene. Toby Maguire sounds like they just woke him up from a nap and recorded the dialogue in the hotel room. Green Goblin sounds like he switches voice actors at times. Mary Jane is so calm after being kidnapped and almost dying. The reveal of Norman being the GG to spiderman is so awkward and random tf did he take his mask off for?. Mary Jane is kissing a mask. They're making out in front of the corpse of a man they both know. MJ has no reaction to seeing Harry's dead father and her first instinct after watching someone die is make out. Happy music playing with a dead body insight. JUST ALL AROUND WEIRD.
This is what makes this good. That's what gives this value. If they just copy/pasted the movie scenes identically, there would be no value in this. If you want the "serious, high budget, well crafted" version watch the movie. If you want the hilarious memey low quality comedic version you play the game. They both have their own unique and creative value and both should be appreciated.

When I was younger I always used to do cheats that gave you different characters as skins and one was a Mary Jane skin and with that skin the end cutscene always used to make me laugh because it'd be 2 Mary Janes kissing.
