Boo. i have seen a similar example before. i don't consider this 1 million, i consdier this 1.5. They are assets. They could sell their home and start renting and have 450k more dollars. Please retitle or post a vid with a $0 home ownership. MOST people have their home (apt, condo, house) as their biggest expense, for many it's over 50% of disposable income. For that big of a savings I actually do not expect that family to own the entire home. Which would also assume no major financial hickups (no layoffs, no family problems, no health problems, no child/children with educational $ support) - which is unrealistic. imo
