    Dear Prof. Thanks for making this video. This surely has given a basic understanding of Fuzzy logic control. However my question is, why is this control technique not commonly used as PI Controller? Also, if I'm understanding it clearly for every estimated disturbance we have to define membership functions ? Whereas in case of PI Controller this effort is reduced effectively.
    And also this technique is somehow (not completely) similar to Hysteris control that we use in power electronics, where we define the deadbands limit and makes the device to work under those limits.

      Thanks for the compliments. Yes. Reason explained by you is one of the main reason of not using the fuzzy logic control.
