Yes! She's kind of out there so half the time you have no idea what she's talking about but yet you know exactly what she's talking about. A genuinely interesting person.
i love greta's awkwardness...it's surprisingly cute. notice the way she gets nervous when the interviewer wanted to show her a picture & when he said he read something online about her.
I think it's beautiful to see these women to nourish and support each other and their incredible talent. For Greta this is only the second movie as directory and to take the challenge of such a title with such a cast and delivery how she did, it means she earned an incredible trust from the everyone in the troupe. Don't freeze in the resentment for inequality, team up and nourish each other , this will lead women to the top of the cinema industry.
Did he interview Florence!? I really wanted to see an interview with Ali and Florence! Tbf in one year she’s had enough films out for a full “movies that made me” 😂🤣😂
Can’t wait to see this! Also can’t wait to watch another 19th Century heroine, ANNE WITH AN E - Season 3 @netflix JAN 3RD! I wish Jo and Anne could have been friends
First Ad Astra, now Little Women -- Two films I was most excited to see, not releasing in this third-world country called India. What makes it even worse? Seeing some utter BS bollywood movies getting showcased on cinemas' ticket-booking websites. Kill me, please? (Various websites say that Little Women will release here on Feb 7, but I'm highly skeptical.)
Hollywood has been making versions of Little Women for decades. There is the 1933 Katherine Hepburn version and the 1949 June Allyson version. I read the novel as a child and loved it.
Honestly, I think the answer is simple. Little Women is a classic and eternally relatable story which never gets old. Yes, I get sick of the endless cycle of remakes but at the same time, if great stories were no longer retold then they'd eventually be forgotten... and that'd be tragic. At the very least new versions of old stories bring attention to the original story as well as other great adaptations of said story.
@@blerksnarfgut2766 your right, but I wish the screen writers would keep it as close to the original as possible. There were plenty of social issues back then that are present today. There's no need to add any new issues.
People have been reviving ancient Greek plays and Shakespearean plays for like centuries, it's nothing new. Books or plays that are considered classics always have some relevance in any time, that's what makes them classics and that's why artists gravitate towards them and take their own crack at them.
I love Greta she is so awkward and yet articulate at the same time

You described her perfectly
kirch thanks! Also, I just got back from the movie and Greta has outdone herself. Can’t wait to see what she does next.
Somehow she can get a message across but she has to swim through a river of thoughts first

No, people know about Little Women because of the amazing book and the already perfect movie made in 1994. 🤷🏻♀️
Not me
Only heard about it from friends and now this movie

I thought both 1994 and 2019 are great Little Women movies
'British Isles'. Some colonial bullshit, lad 🙄
Why rehash same books over and over. Plus Im sick of people rewriting history. I like Greta but she's talented enough to write her own fresh stories.

A vomit interview.
Always a groan when the interviewer tries to be witty and funny . Bring back Barry Norman
from the grave?
I heard Little Women prefer girth over length?
