His love is just shallow thats why he dont get it when she lies, when shes sad, or when she fake the smile for his sake. You can lovr and unlove in a minute. You can love multiple person or single for rest of your life but that does not mean everything is as powerful and deep as everyone. Most of us learn to love first than maturing.
Um aspecto interessante neste episódio é a existência de um promotor independente que se dispõe inclusive a investigação sobre a morte de Ula Mara. Estou fascinada pela série que mostra a separação dos poderes na China antiga. Seria um bom exemplo para o Brasil de hoje. O funcionário de ESTADO só recua quando Ruyu mente para preservar a própria vida. No final vemos o acordo entre a Cinderela e a Viúva Real.
The queen gave her the choice, either she dies or ruyi dies, she knows she has no chance herself, ruyi can bring the family back to glory. So she chooses to die, let ruyi to live and becomes the queen in future.
Aside from her ambitions, I think Empress Ulanara deeply cared for her niece, which is another factor. She would rather not get in Ruyi's way and instead give her the best chance.
