Thank you for these basics. Premiere Pro should improve the keyframes settings and build something like in After Effects. In AE, the ease in and out are easier to set, imho.

i dont know what happened i have been using premiere for a long time but every time i try to edit a keyframe it edits all the previous ones.this means they are all the same.or that i have one keyframe.for example if i change size to mask it changes to all the previous keyframes

It's really hard to follow along when my menu never seems to match what's on the videos. First of all, how do I create a shape? I tried but there's nowhere it lets me do it. So I added a black picture to the timeline. Then, when I add the shape, I do not have the timeline box to the right of the effects control panel. What am I doing wrong? I have the effects controls but your video shows the timeline between it and the playback panel. I don't understand why my programs never seem to match. How do you get the timeline showing the keyframes??? I've tried everything and nothing seems to work.
