Honestly I gained weight when i was around 20-22 years old and went up a few pant sizes. It is hard not to be self critical but your body is most likely just changing as you get older! Being healthier in general is something that all people struggle with so it is still a good goal to have but I would honestly try not to focus on your weight too much as an indicator of how healthy you are. Thank you for sharing something that you struggle with, I know people can be really critical on the internet so thats hard to do. So much love for you.

I cleaned out my clothes twice last year. i try not to buy too many clothes as well as I don't leave the house and I end up just wearing pjs all day anyway so I don't need a lot. it's pretty nice to have a clear out like there's a weight off of my mind and I don't stare at a messy draw all the time

I really related to you talking about being self conscious and about your health. Earlier this year I dropped 10 pounds in less than a month due to severe depression. I think so many of us believe beauty is solely on the outside and that we have to look gorgeous to feel gorgeous. I know a lot of people will agree with me that you are such a beautiful soul. You have an amazing personality and a heart of gold. On top of that you’re genuine and you’re honest and that is very hard to find these days. Take care of you and do the things that make you happy.

I totally did the cami under all my clothes as well, especially my uniform for the job I had at the time. Now I just live in scrubs and comfy clothes (jeans included)

I just cleared out and gave away my one closet that was full of clothes from middle school. My friends one daughter started growing like a bean stalk and some of my high school clothes went to her older daughter. I’m going through all the rest of my clothes, washing everything, reorganizing and probably donating after I go through and get rid of some more stuff. Cleaning out a year and a half buildup depression room is a lot of work
